Food was excellent but this place needs a refresh. First Mexican Restraunt I’ve had to ask for chips and salsa. Chips were a little tough but the salsa was great. I had the “El Grande” burrito with grilled chicken - it was very good.
Great food at great prices. But why no WIFI in an area of town which also has horrible cell service? I've lived here 31 years and eaten there countless times, but this no WIFI thing is a mystery. Especially now that they're adding a scannable link to their menu, which practically no one should be able to access.
Service was bad enough that we got up and left. Two employees could care less. Went to los mariachis and had an amazing brisket borito. Really amazing. Oh, at elranchero the drink menu has old prices. Don’t know about the food. It is first and last time there. Too bad, we love good Mexican food
The food is good. But if you order delivery do not expect to get what you ordered. We've ordered several times and every single time several items are missing. They use Door Dash but no matter. The order is never complete. Try eating fajitas without tortillas. Or rather they leave out the salad and the side making the $15 fajitas being just a plate of meat. It does no good to call to ask them to bring out the missing items. They won't do it. Also, good luck getting a refund for the missing items. If you want to eat here, best to go into the restaurant and eat there.
Everything was excellent! We did not realize it was Cinco de Mayo! Our food came so fast and just like the other locations.....SPOT ON!
May 5, 2022 - We went here for Cinco de Mayo and the server waas great, her name was Laura. She did a great job and it was a great time BUT BE AWARE - They charged our group a gratuity because there were 8 of us. I don't mind that USUALLY, as long as we are made aware. HOWEVER they charged an AUTOMATIC GRATUITY OF OVER 25%!! THIS IS NOT OK, I've seen 18% and if you want to add for great service that's fine, but to add an automatic gratuity without telling you AND OVER 25% is not ok. I just want people to be aware because this is not right. :( This has always been one of our favorite restaurants but I have to say I will be super cautious and think twice about where I spend my $$ going forward.April 2022 - One of our very favorite restaurants in PTC. By far the best food. Occasionally we get a server there who is so busy that he doesn't listen at all but the other servers are awesome!
Love this place! We usually go for drinks and appetizers and they never fail. We tried some of their new items on the menu and were NOT disappointed. Had the Mexican street corn and the steak Burrito Bowl, both were great! Especially the Mexican corn ?
New menus look fabulous! Slight price increase, but probably should have done that months back based on wholesale food prices! Great service, fast and friendly staff!
If you're in need of a GOOD Mexican Food experience. This is the place to visit. The service was outstanding. The prices were great. The proportions were outstanding. And the food... tongue twistingly tasty. The facility is clean, spacious and we'll decorated. I will definitely return.
One of the few places that seems to be operating with full staff. Doing a great job from ownership to management to service. Great Mexican food and good atmosphere!
