During our visit it was BUSY! Drive thru around the building and outside of the parking lot. Inside several people plus many mobile orders. Mostly younger people working and they were handling things so well! Even when some customers were being rude the employees handled themselves professionally. We ordered several coffee drinks, donuts and breakfast sandwiches and everything was as ordered. Bravo!!!!
Did an online order. My online order was confirmed. Went to go pick up my order and the young lady at the window states that they had No online orders. I pulled around to the window to show her my confirmation that I received after paying for my breakfast sandwich. The young lady then proceeds to tell me that they are out of eggs and couldn't fulfill my order .. meanwhile someone in the back shouts "Is that a mobile order?" the young lady at the window states, "Yes." The person yelling from the back proceeds to say, "I have that mobile order right here!!!" . So not only did you have order, but you also lied and stated that you didn't have eggs that comes with the breakfast sandwich. Well I did get my burnt breakfast sandwich along with my cold hash browns.
Waited at the drive thru speaker for ten minutes without help, pulled up to window and vehicle in front of me sat there for another five minutes without moving…then went inside thinking “they MUST be so busy.” Walked inside to no customers, 4 female employees eating donuts and on their phones. 1 of the four was actually helping…didn’t have a name tag or I would give her name! There is no reason for this!!!
Customer service was basic. But the sausage biscuit was fantastic, biscuit was super buttery and fresh. And the coffee is great. Would have given 5 stars if the woman in the drive there had been more polite.
Dirty. Donuts were sitting out on an open rack with and topless garbage can less than a foot away. The employees handling the donuts weren't wearing gloves. I could not find the posted sanitation rating. We decided not to eat any where else in Peach Tree because we suspected it was the town's sanitation department's fault and the poor sanitation was probably not just limited to that Dunkin Donuts shop.
This store went through a rough season, but they seem to be back on track.Consistently fast & friendly. Nice improvement!
Burnt coffee. I go to Dunkins a lot, they are supposed to make fresh coffee after x amount of time. Doesn't get done at most locations anymore. If you want a good fresh cup of coffee and are close to Thomaston, Ga, please go to the Dunkin there.
Just going down hill with the newer employees especially the two younger girls working tonight. Literally three ice cubes in an ICED coffee and a matcha latte with powder sitting at the bottom of the cup of milk. It’s not a hard job. Bad attitudes.
Occasionally visit here hoping one day it will be decent. Now it is the only one on my morning commute and am officially giving up Dunkin because this location is so bad. It seems to get worse every time!!!! Idk what is wrong with their coffee but it has NEVER been good. The bagel I ordered was like a rock. It seemed like it has been out for hours!!! I’ve never been to a Dunkin with such little to offer. They need to get someone out here to teach them how to run this place and how to properly make the coffee!! Seriously the coffee is that bad! The fairburn one by the interstate or the one by Publix on 54 do not have this issue.
My wife was very pleased with her ice Carmel coffee. They are actually allowing in store visits at this location. Great customer service ?
