Waited 3 and a half hours, and finally called to cancel my order. After waiting 10 minutes to talk to a live person they put me on hold for another half hour before I finally hung up. I will never order from dominoes again.
I had placed an order of 2 pizza at 10:06pm. They had told me it was going to take 38-40 mins for them to prepare and deliver it I didn’t get anything . I had to call 3 times for them to pick up and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to deliver it and the person on the phone did not even apologize for it he just hang up and said it on the way. it was delivered at 12:11 pm
I really loved dominos but this location has made me loose the love i once had for this pizza chain. I’ve had an incident before with this location but tried to overlook it but today was the tip of the iceberg . I order dominos from this location for lunch because i work at T-mobile and we try to order out for sundays short shift so we all decide to get pizza today and all i ordered was two medium pizza as time went on the tracker said the pizza was in the oven but it was stuck on that screen for a minute so i decide to call and then was informed that there was no delivery drivers and that i need to come get the pizza. Instead of them calling immediately when i ordered the pizza they waited until i called like 30 mins after placing order. Then get up to the store still have to wait for the pizza to get finished and had to repay again. The first incident they took over 2 hrs to get to T-mobile after placing an order it was terrible they never call and expect you to know what’s going on in the store. Very unprofessional and i am extremely upset about how they handle business.
I order here atleast 3 or 4x a month. My order was messed up one time and they made it right without any accusations or making me feel any sort of way. 10/10 will always recommend.Edit. Rachard is the manager that has made things right with me.
I placed a $100 order at 6:03 pm Sunday April 3rd. 2022. I got a confirmation that kept changing from in Prep to order received, finally saying at 7:30 pm it would be 114 to 124 minutes. I went to store front and canceled my order. 4-5 hours is too long to wait for an order that originally told me around an hour. When I got to store there were 9 orders still in front of me. Good customer service would have given me a call and informed of additional time and given me a choice to cancel. They need some improvements.
A cold pizza after waiting 17 minutes, they don't use real cheese. The sweet sauce... like frozen pizza. I did not like
I’ve ordered here quite a bit since I moved to PTC. Food is hit or miss, I either get diarrhea or I’m fine. Every one of the staff seems a bit off, either mental disability or maybe drugs. And when you order something it’s not how you order either. For example tonight I asked for extra cheese on my pizza. It had regular cheese. A lot of times it’s extremely understaffed also which means the wait time is outrageous. I’ll probably continue to order here for the convenience and price but the papa johns by kroger is better.
Must be woefully understaffed. I wish I could say something positive as I’m sure the workers are trying, but it has taken 2-3 hours to get pizza each of the last 3 attempts. Cold and mushy pizza after a 2+ hour wait is only worth 1 star (or less). Hope it gets better, and hope your experience has been better.
I walked in and ordered a to go order. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The food was prepared correctly and I was very pleased with my experience!
3 hours for an order, 3 different times. Manager called me after no one would pick up at the store and I had to go through the main website. No apology, no offer to make it right. Most other places wont deliver where i live. I guess customer service is a dead art?
