It's obvious that there is new ownership. They attempted to create a smokey smell by putting something on the grill as we were coming through the door that damn near choked me. They don't seem to be doing any real cooking. As the kitchen was spotless. The sides all tasted prepackaged, pull pork had no flavor and I could taste that it was thawed out because it was watery, BBQ baked beans was just baked beans. Also, the turkey was not what you expect at a BBQ joint. The tea was not sweet and it appears that the ice cream cones must be requested due to them wanting to limit access. Unfortunately, it's nothing southern or BBQ about this location. Its obvious the 3 people working was related and doesn't seem to know anything about BBQ. They appear to be of some sort of Indian decent (culture makes a difference in cooking). I was very disappointed after opting for this location over Jim n Nick's due to convenience and extreme hunger after a long drive from camping. The food wasn't that bad but I felt as if we got a meal deal at Kroger

food, service, everything was great! employees super nice and the meats were smoked perfectly and served piping hot. really enjoyed the sides mac and chees and potato caserole.

Excellent meal today at Dickey's in PTC. The new owners are doing a great job and we will be back soon. We arrived today with a party of 18 people at 11am when they opened; the team did a great job of preparing our orders.

Ok food. Menu was a bit tricky to figure out. The ribs were better than pulled pork and the onion rings were way better than the potato mash.

The food was good the place was very clean the new owners are nice

Under new management. Went for lunch and everything was very good. The service was great and it was very clean. Please stop by and try their food.

We came in to try it. The food and football playing made it a great day.

New owner has done a good job cleaning this place and keeping it clean, great customer service really good food! Love their Loaded Giant Bakers with onion tanglers!

Very disappointed in the service and also that they no longer accept the coupons that they have for years. Went tonight and they had none of the sides we wanted and yet still charged the same price the meat was an odd color and the taste was not that good . We got no pickles and for a family of 5 it was over $60 !!! Will not recommend anymore

**Updated on 12/6** The new owners brought this place back from the dead! It's back to the delicious food and sooooooo much better service! The daily specials are there still as well. So glad they turned this place around... I hope people in the area support them to keep them in business. The BBQ is the best around.Okay time to update my previous 5 star review from 3 years ago. This used to be the best bbq around. The last several times I've been in, there has been a VERY limited menu without any signs posting this. No Brunswick stew anymore, no fried items, no jalapeno sausage. So you get to the front and they don't have anything you want. This place should be shut down until they figure things out. Buy a new door for the trash can! It's been like that for months. Only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is because the pulled pork sandwich was still good and the staff is trying. That being said there were only two staff members on a Sunday at lunch. This will be my last visit here unfortunately. There are too many other good options around. I understand it's corporate owned now, but they should just shut it down until they can get it together.
