How is this place not shut down by the health dept? I stopped on Mother’s Day for a hot fudge sundae and decided to go in to order and sit outside. The building itself smelled dirty when we walked in. My shoes were sticking to the floor with every step. We had to wait to be served and during the wait noticed the toppings containers were all open and filthy as well as the counte. There really was nothing clean about this restaurant. I looked at my husband and daughter and said nope! We left and will NEVER return! I wish I had taken pics.
Just came through the line. You have tons of younger folks at the window who can't think outside the box. I had a gift card and it rocked their world because they said system is down over and over. Finally an older slim African American woman stepped in and ran the card and low and behold it worked. I'm sorry I know not all these younger folks are lazy but man some, most seem to want to take the easy route and/or not even attempt to give great service. $15 (appx) an hour isn't ok if you can't even try. Got my lunch but need to really step up younger generation. You appear to be lazier and yet triggered more and more. It's not that hard to just try.
Dairy Queen Peachtree City. Now serving what taste like soy burgers instead of the char grilled beef patties they use to serve. This will be the last time I eat thete! Really nice staff though!
The past couple of times my husband and I went here to get something to eat they inform us that the kitchen is closed and only serving ice cream! Tonight alone not including us 6 cars pulled off. We like dairy queen and this is the closest one to us but we might just start going to the one in Fayetteville because the kitchen is always closed and the employees are ALWAYS rude! I wonder if the owner/ manager realizes how much money they're losing because of this! I will be calling the owner/manager and asking what time they close their kitchen. I understand that you are known for your ice cream but you are also a fast food restaurant not just an ice cream parlor.
MODERATION, GUYS! I would’ve loved some burger with my mustard. What even is this. Not to mention I ordered one burger and waited twenty minutes. The standard is so low, it can’t be hard to do much better.
This Dairy Queen is not the greatest location. This is not the best fast food restaurant in Peachtree City. The building is outdated. The bathroom are not in the greatest shape. The lights in the bathroom are poor. The food is over priced. They charge too much for toppings on the ice cream. They charge too much for all food items on the menu. The outside benches need to be improved. The inside seating is not in the best shape. Overall, this Dairy Queen needs to be improved. I will not be going back to this location. I will go back, if the location is improved. The employees need to get with the program!!!!!!!!!! The managers need to get with the program!!!! It is a shame to see this Dairy Queen. Peachtree City fast food restaurants can do better than this. ?????☹️?????????????
Bring cash. Had my cc # stolen from employees at this location to buy Juicy Crab, Red Lobster, and One Bar from Doordash. Racked up over $100.
Always an interesting experience, but we never leave disappointed. I wish there was more friendly engagements like chick fila but that's not what you expect from DQ. The food has always been exactly what we ordered, and fresh. The restaurant could improve on its cleanliness inside and out too.
This is literally what the girl at the counter handed me after I asked for napkins when the first blizzard she handed me was dripping all over me. I kid you not. She said “let me wipe this up for you” she literally wiped the top off with a napkin! The girl also kept the receipt. While I was busy wiping my pants and in shock that she kept REPEATING “have a nice day” as if to shoo me off and closed the window when I commented on how melted it was. It’s on me that I didn’t sit there and ask for a refund, but I was shocked that they even handed me this. What happened to your quality DQ? I’m hugely disappointed. I paid $10 for two mini blizzards that were milkshakes dripping all over the place. The guy ahead of us had a huge order so I’m wondering if they made our blizzards and left them there to melt on the counter. It’s not likely I’ll come here again.
I grew up coming here and wow, it’s gone downhill. The girl at the window didn’t say one word to me. Just told me my total, and gave me my stuff and that was it. No “hello” or anything. My burger tasted almost fishy and the patty looked like it came from McDonalds. Very thin and flimsy… I also ordered the peanut buster parfait, and it was basically all vanilla ice cream and nothing else. Also there were a bunch of teenagers behind the counter yelling and carrying on - not sure if they all even work there bc the only uniform I saw was worn by the rude girl at the window. This place used to be my favorite growing up and it’s sad to see what it is now. I will not be back!
