Only been here a couple of times and forgot why I don't really go to Chipotle anymore. The food is bland and/or wrong spice combos. It doesn't taste like other Chipotle's. Also they're very stingy about their portion sizes. I had 3 pieces of chicken in one of my hard tacos. Wasn't sure how I didn't look up and see them short me. Bland food plus sometimes super snow lines even I've drove or ate there. I check out other places for food before I do this one.
At 12:30pm on a Friday, almost no one here... Service was friendly and fast, ordered a salad and a bowl, both with chicken. Chicken was pretty bland, mostly comparable to Moe's except you don't get chips and they don't have any choice of dressing, just their house which is a vinaigrette type. Meh... I'd rate Moe's a 4.0
Just to be clear to everyone that complained about drive thru here. Chipotle does not have a drive thru at all! So yes they will not take your order there! That is only a pick up window for online orders! The food is good but I'm giving 3 stars because they get the online order wrong sometimes and seems like they put less chicken.
I visited this Chipotle location last week for dinner. The young men who served me were respectful. I've never had a bad experience at this location. I am disappointed to read the recent reviews regarding customers who were refused service when experiencing issues with the app.At the beginning of the pandemic, I found the app a bit challenging to use. I pulled up to the window and shared the issue I was having. I didn't get assistance. I was hungry and kept working with the app. It finally took my order. Cant really say much about the app because that was the first and last time I used it. I've had a friend who used it without incident at the start of the pandemic. Hmm, maybe it's glitch. . I'm hopeful that management will sort out the issue.
This location more often than not ONLY accepts mobile orders BUT their mobile app doesn't work half the time. Last time I will ever try to order - I came inside an EMPTY restaurant with staff standing around and the staff refused to let me pay at the counter. They were only accepting mobile orders. I informed them their app wasn't working and that was likely why their restaurant was empty. They refused to help me with the app and refused to take my payment at the counter, despite the fact that there was not a single other customer at the restaurant. I wanted to give them my money but they wouldn't serve me! I left hungry and frustrated. Meanwhile, three employees were standing around being paid to refuse customers service. This is not my first experience like this at this location. As a business owner, I would be appalled to know my business was being run this way. I usually prefer Chipotle, but Moes has my business now.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never come to this location again. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me when I walked in. Everyone was on there phone. Not a single sole was in the restaurant and now I know why. The lady that took my order clearly didn’t want to be there nor wanted to make what I wanted. She claimed they didn’t have any green peppers or onions and just stood there with a blank expression waiting for me to finish my order. Once my order was completed she left and went back to being on her phone after complaining about how someone else didn’t take care of us. Newnan location is by far the best location. If I could rate no stars I would.
This has to be the worst chipotle in the area. Management never responds to reviews, even though other Chipotle owners respond. There were no chips and instead of refunding me, I was told to call an 800 number. Of course they didn’t give me the number to call. The staff is rude as hell, and most of the time you have to order in store because the app doesn’t work. When I order in store, I am told that I can not order the quesadilla because it’s online only. How am I supposed to order online when the employees shut the off app and prevent online ordering? If someone in management responds to this review, then I will be surprised. I am not holding breath on that.
They demand that you order from the mobile app and get rude when the app doesn't work. Store is closed and locked a majority of the time. The manager was extremely rude and from our multiple experiences the service is incredibly slow and the orders are messed up often. It's to the point your grateful you can watch them make your food to make sure they don't spit in it. This place needs to sort out their staff and managing...
They frequently forget or significantly underfill the chicken in my mobile order bowls. The drive thru also takes forever.Of 5+ mobile orders I've placed before it's almost always made incorrectly. I'll stick to Willy's or Qdoba for now on.The staff has always been nice.
Very ghetto. I do not recommend this location but it's the closest one in the area before morrow or outside of downtown. Don't bother placing a mobile order even 30 minutes before getting to the location. This is the 3rd time I've placed my order like this and it's never ready and I have to wait about 10 or more minutes.
