Placed a to go order online on Mother's Day expecting the pick-up time to be delayed due to large numbers of people ordering. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took 25 minutes for our order to be ready for pick-up. We had a fairly large order. I received a text as soon as my order was ready & had no issues using their curbside pickup. The food was hot & fresh. My only small complaint is one of our meals had a few customizations that were not done. Not that big of a deal though. We didn't even mention it to them & just made it work once we got home.
Not only was the food delicious but the service was impeccable! I had the Southwest Egg rolls and the jalapeno smoked sausage and brisket quesadilla. There were 8 in our party and one was an infant. They say us right away and got our drinks. They meal was out within 15 minutes of us ordering. Drinks stayed refilled and extra napkins brought to the table immediately upon request. The best part was when my great niece got sick they helped us clean the floor and even provided her mother with a free chili's shirt to make her more comfortable. That was above and beyond.

The food was awesome ?? the drinks was horrible look at this picture it was supposed to be a margarita. Full of ice I had two same thing. We left here went to Mexican restaurant we know the are consistent with their drinks.The waiter we had act like he didn’t want to be there. If you don’t want to work. Please stay home. Customer service is everything. He’s lucky ? to receive a tip.
The wait time was explained to us upon arrival and we were patient & understanding given the fact that all restaurants seem to be in need of help. Once we sat down at the table, our drink order was taken quickly and drinks were brought back within minutes. The appetizer and the meals arrived quickly. Overall given the lack of help, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. I really hate it that our local Chili's went out of business years ago.
I’ve been eating here since it opened way back a long time. Heather has always been helpful & kind to us. Today 2/22 I waited at the door 5 minutes before anyone came to seat me. After 5 more minutes of no one coming into the bar area where I was put a girl came up. I asked if she could take my order & she asked me to sit down & she’d get to me in a very rude overworked attitude. Explained there was just two of them handling the restaurant which was 1/4 filled one large group of 6-8. I tried to talk with her & then she just asked me to leave that if I didn’t have time to wait there was nothing she could do. I told her I’d been waiting 10 mins & not seen anyone approaching my area. I felt like I was being yelled at by a child. I’m 73 yrs old & lost my husband back in November & he would have asked for the manager. I don’t appreciate her speaking to me like I was a homeless derelict coming in off the street. I will miss my weekly trip there but you HAVE to hire people to wait on customers & provide them polite answers & not argue with them. I didn’t cause all her problems & neither did Covid she needs to be retrained in the worst way. Goodbye sweet Heather & the others I’ve known through the years. I’ll miss my Chili’s special food items. I will never miss rudeness in any situation!
I've never had any issues with this location and I visit quite often for lunch with my husband. The speciality drinks are always delicious. The only thing I would change are the drinking/water glasses, they are very cloudy and worn and look dirty even when they are clean. Besides that customer service was great, always greeted with a smile and seated immediately with no wait.

We went for lunch for two, Saturday morning and did get in with no wait. Server came quickly and got appetizer and drink order; brought and got food order; thought took longer than it should since not many people in the restaurant, but once arrived the Caesar salad with shrimp and the Chicken ancho quesadillas were good.## we came back 2/10/2022 and waited at foyer for 5 minutes and no one to greet us, service bad. Half the dining room was open at 4 PM..## do not come to this location- we waited at early afternoon time with no wait with no one at door greeting. Ridiculous. We left. Got promptly seated at nearby Taco Mac’s..
