When u enter the restaurant come to the counter to order you are greeted friendly. I like that if you don't know what the soup taste like you are given a sample, if u want to taste before ordering. The chicken salad sandwich was delicious!?❤❤I just wish the croissant bread was larger! ? I love croissants ?❤❤❤❤?✌?
Love the concept. Food takes like a southern lunch my mamma would make. Pimento cheese is awesome. Good variety of chicken salad flavoring. Their crackers are the best.
Pretty good. Some of the chicken salads are a little bland. But overall a great alternative to the traditional fast food.
Great service and the food is always delicious. I had the Classic Carol on wheat. I always got a scoop of the Fancy Nancy to try and it delicious also. The grape salad is a must try also!

Olivia’s Old South on a croissant tasted just like I’d expect and want my chicken salad to taste. The staff was friendly too.
As a first timer I was impressed with what they can do with chicken salad. I went with the sassy Scotty and the broccoli salad as the side. The bread was nice, fresh, and warm with some great flavor. Next time I want to try something spicy like the buffalo chicken salad. The service was great as well and I love how they bring the food out to you so fast! The little sugar cookie is another good bonus at the end.
One of our absolute favorites. We love Chicken Salad Chick, (PTC) We were in there Saturday, April 30th. And boy were they busy! There was one gentleman behind the counter taking the orders, picking up orders in the window and then delivering orders to the tables, inside and out. When he delivered our food I suggested that he needed a "TIP" jar. He laughed at my comment and said, "It's all good as long as you enjoy it. Thank you for coming in." "Tony Wilson" you are a definite asset as well as a great representative of Chicken Salad Chick. Not only did you handle the situation well with each of the customers you greeted with your smile, your personality, attitude and professionalism in which you handled it all made the dine-in experience even more pleasurable. Many restaurants are now working short staffed, try to keep that in mind when dining out. Tony, great job, well done! THANK YOU.
1st time coming to this location and no issues with the food or the order or the person who took my order. The wait time was ridiculous and it’s not due to anything other than the amount of staff. Please hire more staff!
These people were really unprofessional..i was picking up for a customer ..waited for 40 mins..gave orders to other customers who came after me..she was constantly looking at me and dint bother..the customer called to report ..phone was ringing in front of me..nobody bothered to pick up..they were never like this before..i guess it wont be long they do the same to another customer..
