We came to eat dinner & play afterwards, but the playground was still closed... Kids were very disappointed. We figured since the dining room has been open for buisness for a long time now so would the kids area. So we left. We’ll come back at a later date when you open it back up...
Something was wrong with my order and I placed a complaint thru the app and received a call shortly after to resolve the issue. They offered to deliver the correct order to my job. excellent service!
So either a multi-billion dollar company like chick fil a is too cheap to buy decent POS systems for their extensive drive-thru network or you guys didnt train your employees how to do split payments. I know it requires pressing a few buttons to correct the amount spent on each card, but that doesnt mean your employees should lie to me saying they can only split payments if it is cash or gift card in conjunction with a debit/credit card, and i was told that you could not pay with two debit credit cards. I've worked food service, and while i know it takes extra steps, it would have to be a very VERY old system to not be able to split a simple check. It's not like you guys are a mcdonalds and dont pay people enough to care about their jobs.
I have never been to a chic fil a that I didn’t like. Food here always hot not oily and who doesn’t like to hear “my pleasure “. None of the employees ever have an attitude like Wendy’s or McDonald’s. It’s just an experience. The worst part ab this place it’s that they aren’t open 7 days a week.
Ordered through the app for delivery from this Chick-fil-A. My delivery driver Reginald was very professional and helpful in delivering the food, arrived sooner than the eta which was great and couldnt have been a more positive and nice person delivering the food. Will definitely order through the app for delivery again.
The wonderful thing about chic fil a is that they hardly ever get your order wrong. I literally don't think I have ever had that happen at this location. The chocolate shakes are my favorite. Yumm.
This particular drive-thru location loves to put lemonade in my tea, even when I specifically tell them not to. It happened again this morning. From now on I’m going to hold up the line until I taste it. Absolutely ridiculous.
There was a young girl that was working the drive thru window the day I was there. She was bright and cheery! What a breath of fresh air in this season where great Customer Service is a rarity
Always have a good experience here. The people are friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Restaurant is very clean inside. They are very busy but the line always moves fast.
This chick-fil-a has gotten worse over time. I go here because it’s convenient being that it’s right next to my house but today I ordered fries and they were stale and not consumable. I couldn't bite into them. It was like they pulled a Mcdonald’s and recooked old fries. I am so upset by this. All of my fries were this way and this happened last time I came too and also to mention they were cold both times. This is ridiculous. It shocks me that every other chick-fil-a restaurant I visit has amazing costumer service, is fast, and the food is fresh except this one. A lot of teenagers run this place and don’t even know what they’re doing. I came in the other day and the young lady behind the counter just looked at me for 2 minutes straight without addressing me. What is up with this place? Why is it that I can get high quality chick-fil-a food at every location but the one closest to me?
