We were in line before 9pm to order two milk shakes and a cookie. There was a golf cart in front that took so long to order, that by the time we got to the lady to take our order she told us they were close. She could have easily told us ahead of time that she was not going to take anymore customers. Normally chickfila has better customer service. If you are in line before closing, you normally still get a chance to order. We ended up going up the street to another chickfila with no problems.
Great restaurant, but I wish Chick-Fil-A's could increase their parking lot size cuz it gets kind of dangurous driving through so close to parked and reversing cars and especially through the traffic and customers walking across.
It is an incredible place, very fast service if you go in a hurry and very excellent service, there are also super delicious dishes, come and you will not regret it !! regards !!
I just have to take a moment to rave about Layla! She is always so genuinely pleasurable and kind, even to my 3 year old son. She takes the extra moment to use my name and ask how I am doing. Good job, Layla! Keep it up!
Three of my ball players wanted Chick-fil-A and each wanted different meals. Got the orders right and out in less than 5 mins
The staff were friendly but the rest was lacking. Smallest and least tasty strips we’ve ever had. They immediately brought more (also super small) strips and some nuggets when I complained. Waited over 7 minutes for our order (we were the only ones in line!). Love CFA but this one needs some work.
Chick-fil-A is Chick-fil-A. Consistently good. I did notice that my sandwich was bigger than usual. Bravo for competition. Chick-fil-A is still the best.
Chick-fil-a has set the standard for perfection at a drive thru, so when they mess up it stands out pretty bad. They forgot an entire meal off my order. The staff was friendly as usual.
Until today I had never had a bad experience at any Chic-fil-a across the country. I have visited many different locations, not one bad experience. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at this location and the chicken taste like wood. It had to be an old piece of meat it was also cold and very small and looked like it could have been meant to go on one of their breakfast biscuits. I would have gone back but I do not live near this location and I was already half way home when I looked at the food. I couldn’t eat a single bite. Customer service was excellent though, they handed me that nasty food with a smile and a “my pleasure.”
