I always enjoy eating at Chik-fil-a, but the cost to eat there has gone up. Service is always good but the cost of my food took me by surprise.
This is our favorite Chick-fil-A!! When we travel to others we always miss the unmatched service and quality this restaurant provides. We stop here at least once a week for breakfast and are never disappointed.
Normally I wouldn’t come to this chick fil a because something always goes wrong never fails, today I went knowing the experiences I’ve had previously thinking maybe it would be better. I came through the drive through everything was pretty smooth, got my food before the 3 cars I front of me so I thought hey were off to a good start! I went to the light and dumped my bag out as I do and no hash browns! Great now I have to turn around. This time I went inside and a manager was at the register he seemed a little questionable when I said I never received the hash browns never the less he gave me hash browns. Great right ? So again we’re at the light I dump both bags out and unwrap my sandwich…… wrong sandwich this sandwich had cheese, bacon, and eggs. So again we had to turn and go back to the store luckily I was at the light. Came back and the manager was still there, he looked a little scared (no I didn’t have an attitude or bad energy) I put the bag on the counter and just asked for a refund since the only correct thing about my order was my lemonade. He agreed gave me a full refund and still fulfilled the order. Though he did a awesome job re-rectifying the situation, this is maybe the 4th or 5th time I’ve had a problem with this particular location. To the manager: Thank you so much you were great however I will not be returning to this location.
Great people except for the lady that was at the drinks station on drive-thru was a little/alot upset ? because the lady mistakenly handed out the wrong lemonade. Really ?It's just lemonade not the deed to your house.??
Food is hot and great! Faith (cashier) is very sweet and does a great job.
Really good food, never fails. Wish they would get my name right though lol
Like always, no matter what state, the food was delicious and great service.
I ordered on-line a milk shake with point redeem. Then drove though and waited >12 mins in park zone. Many later customers passed through.Finally Lady brought my food. I asked " it is too long". She said promptly "It is the way it works". UM....UM the answer is very interesting.I will move to Kedron Village Chick Fil A where they serve better.
Line moved quickly, service was friendly, & the food was fresh.
Ordered a spicy southwest salad with ranch but I got a salad with mashed up chicken that is not spicy, old lettuce, and a special house dressing. Also I did not get the tortilla chips baggy included with the salad.
