I haven't been to Carrabba's since 2010. It wasn't a good experience. I do give restaurants a second chance and they didn't disappoint. The server was super friendly and even helped me choose my delicious trio. I believe I had the chicken Bryan sirloin and pasta? Don't quote me on this as it was Soo good I ate all of it before I think my mind could register I was done. Lol ? That's how juicy and flavorful the steak and food was. This is definitely our go to day date place.
I'm a delivery driver and they are one of the biggest contributors from Fayetteville. I had to see what the hype was all about. Great food, great vibe, and the employees feel like your talking to one of your friends.Please, Please! Come early for lunch. If your thinking of what to order for the office staff, they will love you if you order Carrabba's

I had only the lentil and sausage soup and cheesecake for dessert. The soup was a meal in itself, and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back for more. The cheesecake was good as well. Worth ordering again.
We went in for a late dinner. The restaurant was almost empty which was kind of nice. Our server was a really nice young guy. He wasn't pushy or corny, which was a relief. Sometimes you get those servers who are constantly in your face asking if "everything is OK" or forcing small talk... Not that its not nice to have a server who is attentive, its just nice when they can read social cues and not be a stage 5 bug a boo. We had an appetizer sampler and soup and salad. Everything was good, as usual. We like coming here.
The overall presentation for take out was very much lack luster. I went on Thursday around 9 pm on Thursday and the parking lot maybe had 10 cars. I took a bite of the Italian Trio. Chicken Parm and Lasagna which either had been sitting out for a while or served from the previous day or days. They both were dry and salty! Chicken was dry and I couldn't cut into it on the first try. Lasagna barely had any meat, just cheese. The fettercuni although not presently impressive had a good taste. Salad was the only thing that was good and I had to add additional cheese and sauce from my fridge. I would not go back. 1st and last time trying. Just because service is slow doesn't mean you give your customers old food.
1st time here. Food was great, drinks are great,staff was awesome. I really like that you can look across the sitting area and the kitchen is there where staff is cooking in front of you... Very nice atmosphere. Only complaint is that the sitting area in the lobby, where you wait for your table to be called. Needs to be replaced. There chairs are worn and have tears in them..
