Our server didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. The lettuce on my tacos was wilted and turning brown. I ordered a 27oz. Speciality margarita, but received a16 house house margarita instead. This was my second time going. I went once when they first opened and wasn’t impressed. Thought maybe now, years later they might have improved. In my opinion they did not.

Not that great of an experience. This is a convenient spot for us, but we’ll probably take a break for a while. Ordered Al Pastor tacos (overpriced), and tacos came out with literal bits of meat. I wasn’t going to say anything, but it was no where near $16 worth. Waiter was incredible, but just couldn’t give it 4-5 stars.

The service was extremely friendly and my food was amazing. It was my first time eating here and it won’t be the last!!! Also big thanks to Jabri! He was full of good humor and great personality.

I have been wanting to go to this place for so long and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. I definitely suggest trying whatever you want. I haven’t found anything that’s nasty

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We got there at 8:00pm and the parking lot was empty. That was clue #1. The waiter/waitress (server person) never appeared. After sitting there for 20 minutes I went back to the hostess person to ask about our server and 5 minutes later the server person appeared. The Guac was brown and slimy and the chips were stale. There was a party of 8 sitting across from us that had a newborn. A very recent newborn and their server person obviously new them well (really well) because they spent a large portion of time talking and holding the newborn. At one point the server person took the guest’s bag of breast milk (yep…pre-pumped breast milk) and poured it into a bottle for the guest and took it to the kitchen to warm it up. Oh and they left the empty bag on the vacant table beside them. To top off the stellar dining experience the couple behind us started to scream because the largest water bug (palmetto roach) was crawling on the floor towards them. Their server person was on the way to their table with their drinks and proceeded to step on the bug which made a loud “POP”. Yes, by that time everyone was looking and the server person raised their shoe to confirm to the restaurant that they successfully killed the bug. ARE FREAKING SERIOUS???? I will never grace those doors again.

Christian was super great! Nothing but friendly energy and very accommodating for it to be a busy cinco de Mayo Thursday. As soon as my party walked in to the building he was there to assist us and all of our complicated requests! Friendly, fun and efficient!

I would give this restaurant a -0 if it were an option. We used to come here and really enjoyed it. It has been about a year since we’ve been here because we now live 45 min away. We decided to come and bring family that were in from Ohio. Biggest mistake ever! Hair was in the food, food quality and service was horrible. The waiter was acting as if he was high on something…. the list goes on. The manager apologized and said that they had a lot of new staff and offered to warm up the cold food that we had from waiting on a kids taco meal.I really can not believe how terrible our experience was…. I’m speechless. To top it off he asked us to still pay for 2 drinks! I will be shocked if they are open another year. Stay away!

We've been visiting Azul for years and tonight, on Cinco de Mayo, this was the first time the management was not fair. We've always allowed for mistakes by the servers, the food runners, etc, but tonight was ridiculous. On Cinco, they offer a limited menu where everything is a little more expensive, but that's fine, because they have live music, bouncers, and tents. But when my daughter ordered the Texas fajitas for $19 and was brought the Azul fajitas for $22, I told the food runner to return them for the correct item if we would be charged more, but if he had to throw the Azul fajitas away, she would eat them if he would take $3 off our bill. He agreed and left the incorrect item. When the bill came, the waiter tried talking to the manager and she came to our table and refused to take $3 off of our $82 bill (plus a $28 bar bill) with a total of $110 plus tips. She argued with us that we should have known that he was a food runner and that he can't promise $3 off our bill! How ridiculous... he's not our employee and we didn't train him... but still it was evidently our fault for trying not to have food wasted. Unfortunately, we will never return to Azul and they've lost a regular customer. We used to come on Sundays after church with friends, but when friends want to come, we will direct them to another restaurant. Very sad. All over three dollars. And by the way, they've always had the worst chips ever... they taste burnt. If you want great chips, go to Moe's!

This place is always delicious. Grant it, some times the food is prepared differently, but everytime we come here, it's never disappointing. From the complementary chips and house salsa to the strong drinks, you can enjoy the authentic atmosphere. The house special is by far one of my favorites. If you want something a little spicy to go with the poplano queso or with your chips, ask for the habanero salsa. It is 100% made differently every time, but it will definitely knock you back a knotch.

The margaritas and food was amazing. I loved the queso dip and guacamole super fresh and delicious!
