I've asked for a large meal twice in the last month and they give me a large drink with a small fry. I point out that I asked for a large meal then they ask for my. The last time the lady took my meal with an attitude then they added 4 fries, I kid you not. I just left. Today it took them about a minute to talk about it. Then the lady ask for my container. Another minute later she comes to the window and says you owe us a dollar. Huh? So I asked "If your person taking the order would have placed the order right we wouldn't be here right?" She looked puzzled, so I said just give me my food back. This time the other lady looked puzzled (I guess line of the 2 ladies was being trained). So I repeated just give me my food back. I get down the road and noticed she added the extra fries. I also noticed that instead of give me double chocolate chip cookies like I ordered they gave me the regular ones. Smh. So I gave 1 star because this is the second time and they still acted like it was my fault.
Wouldn't go here to save my life..... They make Chicken Fingers and Fries and they can't even get that right!! CONSTANT line around the building because they are NEVER prepared and the inside is just as bad. They need to just give this space up to a restaurant that wants to make money or find a Manger and team that WANTS to work. ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN, THE WORSE Zaxbys..... EVER!!!!!!!!!!
**VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!** I tried to call, but there was no answering.Dining room was closed, so we waited in the drive-thru line from 9:17 pm to 9:37 pm. After we watched the cars in front of us have their orders taken, we reached the speaker to order food & were instead told they were no longer taking orders. Confused, I asked, “Don’t you close at 10?” The response was, “We decided to close early tonight.” Might want to try Chick-Fil-A 6 minutes away. I called first to make sure they could take our order. They assured us if we could arrive in 6 minutes, they would complete our order. Even though we arrived at almost 5 minutes before they closed, they greeted us with smiles and gladly helped us fill our empty bellies!
I have been a Zaxby's customer ever since the first store opened in Athens GA in 1990 or 1991. Yesterday's (03/29/22) visit was super special as I was treated like a celebrity by the order staff, her name was Jimena Esparz. The sweetness/politeness in her voice was extraordinary, the comfort and care showed in every word. I do not write reviews but I could not help myself in doing so today all because of how Ms Esparz treated me as a customer. I wish her well and hope to visit Zaxby's more often, all because of her.
I did not get what i order and i found a piece of metal in my food. Call management and was told by the night time manager to come back so she can make it up. I order the food on my way to work. I dont have the time to come back to reorder healthy safe food they did not deliver on the 1st time.
Everything was great up until I reached inside of my bag and grabbed an already bitten nibbler. Kinda disgusting especially while in the middle of a pandemic.**I don't know how to remove this because this is for the jimmy carter location but either way this is still nasty*
I love their salads! I get the cobb salad with blackened grilled chicken. Yummy! I will forewarn you they are super busy during lunch through the week. The drive-thru is normally wrapped around the building.
From my experience Zaxbys restaurants are fairly consistent with their food. Every time I come to this location the wait is incredibly long.
I was starving on my way home and stopped for a bite. I asked for here she packed it to go I said I want it here she walked off. Rude and the dining room was filthy I wiped my table off myself. Food was hot and they asked what sauce for my wings and they didn't have two either.
Went to drive through and they were pumping the septic/sewer in the restaurant. Man it smelled so awful. They should close for something like this. I always get the signature chicken sandwich. The quality of the chicken has gotten very poor lately. My sandwich looked like it had a foot and wing still attached. I'm not sure I will ever eat here again. I miss Zaxbies back in the day when the chicken was plump and juicy.
