I live in TN. Some how some thief was able to use my debit card to order $56 worth of food on some level up app that I've never heard of at this store. They have the guy on camera. He came in wearing all black, hoodie and a mask in GA in June and he didn't know the name on the order but they still gave him the food. My bank handled it. But the manager or owner of this store should have contacted me to at least apologize and say they're working on fixing this issue. I waited several weeks and have heard nothing so I decided to leave a review. It seems like someone in the store is working with the thieves. So y'all suck. Thanks for nothing.
Today has to be the most stupid encounter I have ever had with this location, and we come here everyday. I ordered the same meal I always order, substituting the cole slaw with the meat for extra fries instead. Today, after paying almost $23, the representative tells me my cole slaw is in the bag. I said why would u give me cole slaw when I said I wanted extra fries instead of cole slaw, she said I the way u ordered it means u want extra cole slaw, and no fries. I said no ma’am that makes no sense. She then tells me I should have said substitute fries for cole slaw I said u are saying it backwards. I was late for work, so I pulled off. At this point, I give you on them because common sense is not common at all; not one bit. Ps thanks for giving me a bag of cole slaw when I asked for fries instead because I’m allergic to cabbage ?
I ordered on the Zaxby’s app and my order should have been ready by 9:01pm. I did not receive my order until 9:25pm. When I asked for an extra sauce given my extreme wait, I was told it would be an extra 25 cents. Please train these young employees that sometimes you have to use discretion - it may be better to lose that 25 cents than to now lose a customer that frequented the restaurant chain and will now delete the app.
I went to Zaxbys at 9:52 pm an ordered a Finger Family Pack. When I went to the register I advised them that I wanted to pay half cash half card. Total order was 29.11. I gave the teenager at the register 2 10 dollar bills and my card and advised the girl to pay 15.00 on my card and the rest in cash. She came back and said the card declined I asked her if she paid the 15.00 on the card first she said she needed to process the cash first. I said ok. All of sudden the manager came and said I only gave the person 10 dollars and not 20 and that she fixed it and added her own 10. I advised her nothing needed to be fixed because I gave her 20 dollars 2 10. Diamond who says she is the manager proceed to tell me no I didn’t. I said I only had 30 dollars cash and there is only 10 in my wallet. You need to ask the girl where the other 10 was because it was folded. Then she said she was not going to give me my food because I was mad about the girl lying. And proceeded to call the cops. I advised her she needs to check her tapes because clearly she is lying. I will be going back up in the morning to speak with a manager and to get what was charged on my card because they still charged my card 9.77 when I didn’t get any food. I feel so disrespected and then the girl at the register proceeded to put her hands up by her ears and stick out her tongue. I have received some threatening texts from someone from this location , not sure how they got my number but I will be speaking to corporate in the morning.
First time at this location. The one on Buford Hwy was closed even though it says they were open online.This location off of Peachtree Industrial needs an award! I only saw 4 people working inside and they were so smooth in customer service. They had a line wrapped around the building but you didn't notice because it was moving and flowing so fast. Very nice guys. Food was hot when I got home, which is rare. It was all good. My nibblers ere a bit messy but other than that it was good. I just appreciated their level of courteous, fast service.
Food was fine, service was questionable- lady taking order was mentally checking in and out and even admitted to doing so. Interior was dirty and Coke machine was gross. I gave three stars only because the food was ok. COVID is no excuse.
Everything was great up until I reached inside of my bag and grabbed an already bitten nibbler. Kinda disgusting especially while in the middle of a pandemic. I am disgusted and will not ever eat here again. This has to be a lawsuit.
The worst experience I have ever had here and I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, whoever recruits these employees really need to do a better job at training in customer service. Food is always great but definitely last time I ever go to this location again. Don’t waste your time, not worth it.
