The wings are grossly over priced. I paid Almost $40 for 20 wings, the order was to go and they put the fries in dine in baskets in the bag. I opened my bag and fries fell everywhere. When I went back in the young lady acted as if it was normal and said that I just put the fries on top. For $36 bucks can you please make sure that you properly pack my food to go. I will not be back. Way to much money for such a nonchalant attitude.
I walked and she chose to chit-chat with a co-worker and about 3 minutes later she proceed to take my order which she later attended a couple who came in after us and they received their larger order within 5 minutes while mine took 15 minutes for just a couple of wings and fries. When I received my order, it wasn’t correct and when confronted about it, she was not very polite.
Horrible place! The customer was terrible, the cashier was so rude, when you order a combo they don’t let you choose if you want fries or veggie sticks and they just assume which sauce you want as in ranch or blue cheese, and put it in the bag. When I got my fries they were all at the bottom of the bag in my container was empty, and the chicken that I got was very undercooked!! Very disappointed and will not be coming back
Albeniz is so great on attending his customers great customer service and bilingual service. I been going there through out my pregnancy and he makes me feel good about the vibe and service. Love this location
I ordered 16 boneless wings 6 tenders large fries with 3 sauces. The chicken was hard and not fresh and the fries were cold! The order took over 30 mins to be ready which is understandable due to storage and increase of orders. I called three times at the jimmy carter location 1st time the woman answered as Burger King and hang up 2nd McDonald’s hung up third time just put the phone down. This is unacceptable and the worst services I have ever had! Now the phone is off the hook since the woman put the phone down. I will be calling to dispute the charge. I will not be going up there to bring cold food and wait or not be giving a remake or my money back. I am calling my bank to remove this charges for overcooked and cold food.Update Lee remade my food and I spoke to the manager! No one should lose there job over stupidity but some people do not want to work and play with customers money time and food. Karma comes back around 10 fold and God handles all my griefs!
Very very very dirty place no inspection nothing i guess . Since we have corona all over the world , hygiene is most important thing for us ,how possible this place still dirty that much !!!!
Considering that I used to work at this particular location for almost 2 years. I know that I can only speak of the night shift on Monday. I don’t even know where to start!! Maybe I should start with the fact that they really tried to charge me 3.00 for ONE extra ranch. Or maybe I should start with the fact that I placed an order and asked for “ well done “ which usually means the customer has to wait a little longer for the food to be prepared but in this case. My food was done 10 minutes after I placed the order. Don’t even get me started on the service itself, both the shift manager and cook were very unprofessional and rude. I knew things were funny when they tried to tell me it was 3$ for one extra ranch and proceeded to tell me to put it in the tip jar. I knew things were messed up when I placed my order and walked outside to patiently wait and literally 5 min after, the shift manager comes out to smoke and talk on the phone and than 5 more minutes go by and the shift manager looks at me and says “ yo food been ready.” This all became a serious problem when I checked my order and complained about the wings being very cold and the boneless wings coming out as solid as a stone. Instead of resolving the issue, both the shift manager and cook who happened to be the only ones there’s made it seem like a crime that I wasn’t satisfied with the food and even worse. When I asked for my receipt, they told me the receipt printer wasn’t working and at that point, I realized I wasted 26$ and 20 minutes of my life. I know I won’t get my money back but I write this in hopes that someone hungry who really wants wings at night doesn’t decide to come here because they really don’t care about what they’re serving up
Online prefer was On point!! They were out of hot sauce they called me offered solutions I chose to substitute with Korean I’m so glad it was so good got all my flavors right gave me free drinks for inconvenience which was actually probably a blessing I’m sure the Korean was better than regular hot. Guy was super nice hooked it up. Super pleased got everything home whole family was extremely happy with the food! I’ll be back soon ?

I am not one to write reviews but I’ve never had such a bad experience at a WingStop before. After waiting over 30 minutes for our simple order they gave us a completely different order. Then, they made us wait another 30 minutes for them to make it, mind you we had 30 wings…and my husband was on his lunch break so he got in trouble since he had to wait over an hour to get us food. Plus, I was waiting in the car with my month old baby…this place is pathetic. They did not even let us return the food because they were taking so long yet it was their fault that they messed up…?
