Yeah they were out of spicy chicken everything and when I got to the window they told me that they could only do 1 order of spicy nugs when I ordered 2. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes so wasn't to happy, but the food was hot though!
The politeness of the order taker was unusually high at this store. She seemed to be genuinely happy to help me. That's rare. Good work.
Too slow sit there over 30 mins want happen again then you send $25 bucks dam food cold then gas over $4 a gallon so I just wasted gas and money for food smh I know they maybe not be the only restaurants in this shape with help and all but I just be cooking from now on Good Luck with speeding up your food services
Usually we like Wendy's but this was a bad experience. There was only one one other car in the drive thru and when we finally made up to the drive thru window they asked us to pull up because they were waiting on our fries so we did. Almost 20 minutes goes by and two other cars go through I thought they forgot about us so I called and they asked what my order was and I told them which 2 combo meals it was it she said it is ready now. Comes out 5 minutes later with a attitude and asked if I'm the one who called and I said yes and she said here is your food not sorry for the 25 minute wait or anything. I was in a hurry to get back on the highway to head to South Carolina so I didn't check the food and of course it was totally wrong and we got ripped off. Beware of that Wendy's.
Apparently Wendy's only serves people with cars and at the drive thru only at this location. So you discriminate against people who don't have cars but have money to buy foodAnd the sign says dining room open until 8pm it's 6:40pm and it's closed! No sign as to why the dining room is closed. Bad business ? stay away from dirty rat "restaurant"
Food is pretty good not as long of a wait like other fast food places
I have dealt with several different managers and staff members and the service is amazing every time! Staff is always helpful listens! I don’t touch my food until I get home which is like a 15-17 min drive my fries and nuggets are ALWAYS fresh! I have a Wendy’s close to me and pass several in route to this Wendy’s because they never disappoint! Thanks Jimmy Carter Wendy’s!
The Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was delicious with average service.
Meh. Pretty much par for the course these days with most fast food. No frosty's available. I had already paid for it through the mobile app. So now I have to figure out how to get a refund. My drink was screwed up. The burgers and fries were fine.Update: downgraded to one star from three stars. bought a chicken sandwich there last night and it was hard as a rock. It was completely inedible and had to be thrown away after I got home. I never did hear anything from Wendy's about my previous frosty issue. After multiple feedbacks on their website and leaving my email address and asking to be contacted, nothing ever happened. I even tweeted them. No response. Apparently they think it's fine to accept my money and not give me the food I paid for. Bypass this Wendy's. Martin's is much better.
This Wendy's staff .. particularly Jordan makes this location what it is ...My family appreciates the good fast service and fresh food ... Ty Wendy's ?
