Horrible service, first Zoila the cashier and probably manager because of her different uniform. Gives me the wrong burger. I go kindly to ask if I can please get the one I wanted. She gives an attitude and even after I said spicy, she gave me a cold burger and not spicy. I was upset by now, because I am a pregnant and hungry. I go a third time towards the register, and she gives me a worse attitude. I told her I'll pay this time so that I can maybe get a correct burger and she was just angry. She started saying cus words in Spanish to the employees, like saying how bad her day was already but using profanity. Plus she said, that she closed the dining area and basically had my toodler and I leave. I am eating in my car now with my son. Horrible service from Zoila.
Ordered 2 sandwiches without cheese so I get bread and meat. No ketup, no mayo, no nothing else. To many kids. About 10 of them just standing around at the drive thru window.
Customer service is horrible from all managers.weekend morning staff is horrible! Attitudes are bad and customer service is just as worst. Food hot but service will make you not come back.
Not the usual Wendy's quality. Drive for about 5 min to get home. Opened my burger and took a bite. It was the meat was cold and over cooked. My guess is it had been sitting for a good while before it was served.
I mobile ordered, hoping that would be a good way to make sure my order was accurate....was missing my fries and there was only 3 nuggets in my 4 piece. The order is printed on the bag people. Edit- My burger has no sauces on it just meat and cheese come on!
I've eaten here and I have worked at this particular Wendys. As far as cleanliness goes, it's definitely doing a great job. The only problem with this is that they keep the lobby closed most of the time so no one can even experience how nicely kept up it is. And no, they are not closing the lobby because of covid, but simply because the managers don't feel like dealing with customers face to face when it's busy or stressful. Not only inconveniencing the customers, but willing to hurt their own sales rather than do their jobs. Hopefully this will improve...
This is the third time I have been to this Wendy’s and haven’t received what I ordered or have had an extremely long wait. Last time I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through before I left. Never moved. This time, I ordered two specialty chicken sandwiches, one of which I couldn’t get the classic, which I understand with the times, but instead I got 2 cheap cheeseburgers. I suggest checking what’s in the bag before it goes through the window.
The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was delicious and the service was fast and friendly
I've visited this location several times over the last 4 months since recently moving to the area. I must say it has been challenging to get good service, when I asking for fries with no salt...the fries are soggy and salted...definitely not what the commercial claims. Also the nuggets are never hot always dried out.Getting fries with no salt is better for my health, and I choose to come here...it is my choice but I can never seem to get an order that is correct.This is such poor customer service...
Sat in the line for 20 minutes and get to the window for them to say they “don’t take Apple Pay”.. I’ve been to this Wendy’s a million times and they took Apple Pay. So I handed my $4 meal back and left. Horrible service
