My first question in general is why in the world does Waffle House keep the place so cold the windows are fogged up, then when you go in there it’s freezing?? It’s ridiculous!! Nobody wants to sit down and eat when it’s freezing!! Or you walk in, EVERY table that’s available is dirty, the store is NOT busy, yet employees will leave the tables dirty and go take a smoke break?? And a lot of the ppl yall hire is definitely NOT customer service material have attitudes NOR clean!! This photo along with broken egg shells in the floor including under the table where I was sitting! I actually kicked half of an eggshell back behind the counter! ***Notice the top of the napkin holder?? I ordered a light waffle which should be a light golden brown not as dark as they’re normally made and I get it and it looks WHITE it’s so light?? ?♀️
Scott and the waitress without teeth are the worst customer service ever people. The Waffle house corporation. The waitress took the money off the table and NEVER gave us a menu, then she preceeded to argue because we asked PAM to clean the table off. June is the go to waitress she's responsible, kind and attentive to the customer's needs ❤️
The first time I went to the Waffle House on north side drive in Atlanta, the young lad was pleasant, so I went back- the next time there was a different crew and they said the Waffle House was closed- I have NEVER heard of a closed Waffle House ESPECIALLY at 7:00 in the morning, then she said they would be opened in 15 minutes- so I left. I went back again this morning and was told I had to order online. I thought that was silly but I went to my car to order online. Apparently there was a glitch in the system because I kept getting an error about my email address, so I go back into the Waffle House to tell the waitress and she tells me that the system is new and she don’t know nothing about online. OKAY- so I asked if I could just place my order she tells me no. So she can’t help me place the order online and I can’t just walk in the Waffle House and place it.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I mean I really cannot believe that your restaurant’s policy is to just let people leave.. no help no anything! If prayers are answered I pray not another soul ever steps foot in that Waffle House!
I visited the Tuscumbia Alabama Waffle House store #1013 this morning and was very dissatisfied. First of all another waitress brought my utensils and drink. Then after ten minutes or so of watching my old purple haired granny waitress prop up by the waffle irons just casually having a conversation and totally ignoring the fact that I may want to order food, I got up and walked out. I travel with my job but I assure you I will not be back to this store.
I arrived at the Dunn Avenue Jacksonville Florida store at 10:30pm on 02/23 to find the cook sitting in his truck & the one waitress inside. The waitress informed me that EcoLab had sprayed & the cook stated that they can not serve food for an hour & a half! This is crazy! Another car pulled up while I was there & the people were threatening the waitress that they were going to beat her up because there was no food, she literally had to lock herself inside the building. All the while the cook sat inside his vehicle. This is no way to do business!
Waffle House needs to be put out of business! Every location in Fort Myers, FL isn’t serving to-go & this nonsense has been going on for 3 days now. This also isn’t the first time the staff has done this and it is too unsanitary to dining anywhere in the times we’re in right now. I’m not sure why you guys refuse to deal with the negligence & inconveniences that Waffle House constantly cause with their lack of hospitality & engagement to the public and it isn’t just in this city. Do better please!
I frequent the Waffle House in Williamsport Md. and feel you have a great crew at this location. But I have a complaint about ownership. Your prices continue to rapidly increase over the past year by approximately 40%. Now the quick answer would be inflation. But the ingredients for food has only gone up 4.5% in 2021. Yes gas and trucking have gone up. But you still are only paying your waitresses $3.65 plus tips. You have increased so much that you have outpaced your local competition. This is pure and simple greed. I hope your employees join a union like Starbucks.
#2174 in Fort Myers FL. Very clean Waffle House. Food items stored on wire rack shelf's not on floor like other local Waffle House locations. Staff is friendly. Unit manager is on top of everything. My new favorite Waffle House location.?
Went to the Waffle House in Fort Mill SC on December 28th. Sat down at 10:50 pm got waited on quickly and placed our orders. That was the good part. We never got silverware or some of our drinks. The so called waitress never came back my daughter leaned over the booth to get out silverware. The hash browns were so burnt as well as the waffle. She never came back so we could tell her. Oh and we were the only ones in there. She was to busy talking to two people that came in that looked like they were high on something. If my son in law had not paid the bill she would not have gotten a tip from me. I would have given to the cook. He seemed to be the only one working. My daughter asked for sugar free syrup nd the cook asked the waitress and she said I don't know. He at least made an effort to find it. She was to busy talking.
We went to the waffle house on chamber tucker road at I-85 for breakfast about two weeks ago. When we walked in the person behind the counter was not wearing a mask and two servers were setting in the back booth ordering something on their phones. The person ask us what would we like to drink as we were walking to our seats. But when bringing our drinks to the table he was not wearing a mask. I asked him where was his mask but got no reply. Then when he brought our menus to us he through them on the table. We waited about 5-10 minutes for someone to take our order. They all talked among themselves and acted like we were not there.We walked out.
