I stopped by on Tuesday and there was a woman cooking and a young lady would blue braids waiting I think I heard the cook call her chas I had to Texas cheese steak plate and lemonade the cook name was she said it was like hot chocolate cocoa they the food was great but I enjoyed listening to the conversation as well it was very educational between the two young lady and all I had a great time I needed a little humor that day
I am at this location right now at 4:50AM on 5/7/22 I don’t see why they can’t serve, me but I was refused service. The lady said that they are closed. There are no customers inside and there are two people working. I will call their corporate office to find out if there is something that I need to know of. The door is unlocked because it seems as if there is no reason for her to say this. If you are closed, lock the door!
Worst WH experience ever both counters were completely empty and booths full. We attempted to sit at the low top counter the male server screamed loudly at my wife CLOSED THIS IS CLOSED and said nothing more. We stood for another 5 minutes with no communication from the rude staff. We left to go to an establishment that had good customer service.This location is horrible
Apparently they do cleaning from 6 to 7am but it doesn’t show on the website. It just shows open 24hrs! They’re just closed when you get there, what happened to cleaning during slow times or as they work? Soo many cars coming and having to leave.I appreciate the guy for explaining this but this is the second location that I came to (Jimmy Carter is also closed). Corporate, this needs to be revisited.
We had a wonderful experience at this waffle house the purple haired waitress was exceptional, friendly, and accommodating. The food was great and coffee still the best. ASB
The girl on the overnight shift was absolutely horrible last night. We drove all the way from Atlanta to this waffle house at like 3:30am. Literally she brought none of our silverware or drinks for about a hour and a half and we didn't receive our food for a hr and half also. The cook forgot to bring 2/6 orders so we had to wait even longer..then the order was missing certain items once it was brought out. Our other friends fully ate their meal and left and me and my other friend waited another hour just to get our waffle. The place wasnt packed AT ALL. All she did was complain about second shift, she was on her phone when literally every table and booth was filled with dishes. She needs to be fired honestly
Won't come here again. Waitress was too high to take my order correctly. Played and joked about my order saying "never heard anyone get hashbrowns all the way, but if you like it I love it." She left my food sitting on the counter open getting cold. Twice when I stepped in to check on it she told me it was going to be a few more minutes. When I got my food finally, I went back to my hotel to eat it and realized it didn't have half the stuff on it that it should've. The driest hashbrowns I've ever ate.
Very nice staff. The lady with the dreads is extremely helpful and she double checks everything. She’s very welcoming. The food is good as well.
Customer Service is the ABSOLUTE worst! Went with a friend for a cup of coffee, but as soon as we entered a young white lady with multi-colored hair behind the counter very rudely and with a very bad attitude told us To-Go orders only. Two other people were waiting at the counter for their food, so I stepped up to the counter to let her know we just needed a coffee, and she snapped at me and said I needed to wait my turn , that she was busy with another customer. . Then she literally rolled her eyes at us, like we weren’t worth her time or energy. If this girl hates her job and is so miserable with herself that she feels she needs to treat customers so badly, then she clearly needs to find another job!
I had bacon in my grits they didn’t scramble my eggs in cheese it was very oily the sausage wasn’t all the way cooked only thing that was good was the waffle
