My vehicle broke down about 3/4 mile from the exit where this WH is located. I have never been more happy to see those lit-up yellow squares. Jack, my server, became an instant friend and all of the staff were truly glad I was there to have a meal with them. This Waffle House, like every other Waffle House I have been to, was full of amazing friends I had not met before.
I was just passing through and stopped at the nearest Waffle House. It turned out to be a great choice. Donna Joy provided excellent service. One of the best at any waffle house. She was friendly and had positive interactions with all her customers. She's a hard working server.
This was the second waffle house in the same night to decline service, only to offer me a to go order instead. The staff was "chillin" in their car and lounging around. The only reason I gave it the 3rd star as opposed to the other is because the original lady to take my order attempted to treat us properly. Still though, it seems the system was still broken.
As a first time experience customer of Waffle House . This was by far , the best service , most polite & warm hearted people I have met. Thanks to Juan Scott & Niyah services??
Don't ignore exit 99 on 1-85! Get off and get a taste of Juan Carlos' sexy t-bone steak. You will feel right at home with this night shift supervisor and super star chef. I honestly felt like family. The steak was delicious and I didn't have to add any steak sauce. It was a perfect steak. This is store #177 on Jimmy Carter Blvd in Georgia.
Worst service I've gotten at a waffle house in some time. They literally had as many people working as patrons and we still waited 15 min for a table to be cleared...the servers seemed more interested in playing with their phones than bussing the tables and seating anyone

Food was great. Service was great. However, the excessively loud hip hop music that didn't even allow you to have a conversation at your own table was very negative!!!
No one was in the restaurant when we came in. All workers came falling out of a White Car parked in front. Told us it’s ToGo only no posting on the doors once you come in. We placed our order they charged us extra for nothing that was ordered. I purchased some touch tunes credits for the juke box the staff played very loud music to drown out what I played. Not happy very dissatisfied in this location. Haven’t gotten to my food yet
Employees denied service said they were not open but the door is unlocked and the lights are on. While an employee sleeps at a table and another is sitting in their car.
