great place good food and plenty of room for big groups
Love this steakhouse!!! Our visits are mainly for their delicious Tomahawk!!! ? recommended! Money well spent on dinner!!!
Such GREAT food and the best and friendliest staff on the planet! Highly recommend to everyone!
I came in on Saturday afternoon for lunch. Plenty of parking. We were greeted and seated right away...also one thing to note is that we came on Memorial day weekend so it wasn't as busy. Our server was the bartender and she was GREAT! The food was delicious and drinks were also very good. I ordered the Monte Burger with spicy corn. Soooooo good! Also ordered a cocktail, the Train Wreck which I also loved. My sisters split the Railway chicken. It comes with 2 breast meat and they were nice to separate them on different plates. We were seated towards a back room and really liked the privacy. I had a great dining experience and would definitely recommend and come back!
Cute atmosphere! Perfect place to meet, chat, have a cocktail, date etc. The place is a great size and can definitely accommodate larger parties. A musician was there on the night I went, he had a nice little Backstreet Boys voice going on; kinda cool lol. Service was prompt & pleasant. We started with the sampler (see pic). Yes to the fried green tomatoes! I ordered the salmon topped with lump crab special. It came with asparagus and I chose mashed potatoes as my additional side. It wasn’t sooo special, just because it had zero seasoning beyond a drizzle of lobster sauce. However, it was super fresh! I added some salt and pepper and ate half of it. My friend had steak and creamed spinach. Said it was very tasty and well seasoned! I would definitely go back, but I’d order the Reggiano Chicken like I started to. PS. I tried the pineapple margarita. I sent it back. Just wasn’t delicious enough. Had two glasses of Riesling instead. All in all, 4/5. Deducted one star because salmon and mashed potatoes were screaming for a dash of flavor.
My experience here was great. Hats off to the chef on staff Mother’s Day afternoon. When we arrived we waiting at the bar for the rest of our party of 9 to arrive. I ordered coconut rum and pineapple juice while I waited. The restroom was clean but the toilet was a bit short. I understand this restaurant was an actual train station before. As we dined, there was a few trains passing which was dope. There’s a pic below of one passing. There was an area that appears to be a stage lite up with red lights, that’s also in the pick below. Everything that was ordered had everyone at the table wanting more. FINGER LICKING GOOD! We ordered 2 rounds of mussels, sampler, prime rib, ribeye with button mushrooms and onions, salmon, southern fried shrimp, Brussels sprouts, shallot potato, and sautéed spinach just to name a few. I was pleased. Every employee was nice a pleasant and moved about the restaurant very swiftly. I’m going back this Tuesday and will be a more frequent visitor with a hungry belly ready to eat. I would definitely recommend!
Overall experience was ok. Steak was delicious however the service could have been better. We were seated at a table and was not provided any utensils. When ask for one we were provided paper towel wrap. This wouldn't have been bad however other patrons were provided a table cloth wrapped utensils. The server was very kind and patient. He made it worth it to wait for the food.
Scalloped potatoes were pretty mid and not worth the extra charge but overall this was an excellent meal. The filet mignon was the best steak I’ve ever had and that is not an exaggeration.Stuffed mushrooms were also 10/10, and the margaritas were some of the best I’ve had this side of the Mississippi.A train passed by the exact moment my entree was served to me, idk who/what made it possible, but only enhanced the dining experience 1000%
I wish we had discovered this restaurant before the last evening of our stay in the area, we would have been back many times. Large menu, lovely staff, nice setting in old railway station and, best of all, food that was just delicious. This was our favourite restaurant during our month long vacation in the USA.
Kept seeing pop up ads for this particular restaurant on my feed, so I decided to try it out! The Fried Green Tomatoes & the Pineapple Express Margarita was perfect. Loved them both. Wasn’t too impressed with my main course, which consisted of the Ribeye encrusted with blue cheese, scalloped potatoes & Brussel sprouts. If I decide to revisit, I would definitely get the Pineapple Express Margarita & Fried Green Tomatoes again. My server Allan was great also.
