Just got married here. Gerise was very helpful and on the day did a great job coordinating everyone to be at the right place at the right time.The food was also quite good. I was honestly shocked that it tasted as good as it did, they really nailed it.The cake was probably my favorite part. We had a buttercream icing with strawberries inside and no one could stop talking about how delicious it was.As for the venue itself, it was gorgeous. Even our photographer was wowed as it was his first time there and was talking about how great the photos were coming out. All in all, I would highly recommend this venue if you're looking to get married. My wife and I are glad we did.
I can't say enough about how AMAZING this venue was! From start to finish our experience was TOP-NOTCH. Gerise was helpful, professional, and just all-around awesome! She guided us every step of the way, made sure we had all of our questions answered and handled the big day with precision and perfection! The venue itself is GORGEOUS. It was the perfect space for our reception and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The prices are the BEST around! The venue is privately owned and it shows in their pride in their work and the employees. The food was actually AMAZING. All of our guests were so happy and left with full bellies! We loved the flexibility of being able to supply our own liquor for the bar, bringing in our own DJ and photographer. We chose to get our cake from the venue and we LOVED it! All around amazing experience! I am sad it is over and will try to find another event in the future to utilize this space and service because it was just that great! We celebrated my grandmother’s 80th birthday at the Carlyle House with 100 guests. Our experience was top notch. Gerise was easy to work with and made all of the planning stress-free. The food was delicious! The venue was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely consider this venue again for future family events!
The venue is beautiful and Gerise was so easy to work with. We had a lot of hiccups trying to get our event going in spite of the pandemic and she made the whole process seamless and stress free for me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
I loved everything about The 173 Carlyle House: the owners, the beautiful lay out of the house, the staff, the list goes on and on. Gerise and Meerka made my wedding reception very special. They were very professional, responsive, and creative. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for future events!
