We came to this location 5/27/22 around 3-4pm the server that greeted us was really rude. She wasn’t keeping track of who was first and therefore many clients that arrived a lot later were served first. In total we waited almost forty minutes for our food to come and just before that we asked the server if she had put our order in and she seemed very upset for us asking. She never once apologized nor asked us if everything was ok, instead she sat down to gossip at another table with other clients that seemed her friends and I heard her say negative comments about us. We tried to ignore the bad service the best we could, but definitely would not be coming back and I hope management can coach her appropriately or hire better staff.
Service took FOREVER for one order of birria tacos but it was so good! The consommé dipping sauce is just greasy but the flavor is amazing in the tacos! So much better than Indio’s hands down. Their guava drink is very good too
The lady who was at the register was very rude, no people skills - Ordered the Birria tacos after looking online at other reviews. I’m convinced they sold us grease — the tacos were dripping in grease, the soup you dip the tacos In was just plain grease …. Very disappointed save your money and go elsewhere.
I love their Barria style tacos with consommé. It’s clean and consistent with the taste. One of my favorite spots in Atlanta.
AMAZING AUTHENTIC Birria's! I haven't tried anything else because I keep ordering Birrias! Lol!!! But I keep seeing this bowl that has beef and it looks a stew or soup but everyone has this each time I visit so I am getting that next with a side of...... you guessed it! Birria's! Lol. The customer service is decent and each time I ordered everything was what I paid for. This place is a take-out restaurant for me. And that's completely fine! The four stars are coming from the food not the service. Just keep that in mind. Please go!!!! Eat a Birria Taco for me!
Place was a unprofessional. They are suppose to be close at 8:30pm I called my order in at 730 and got to the place and they closed. After going back and forth the early closers finally open the door and all I see is roaches so I just kindly turned around cause I’m sure they didn’t have my order ready because they would have had it ready but after that I didn’t want anything thing from there.

I have been eating here for about six years. My favorite food is Mexican and Texcoco is the best of the best. Simple fare. Hot, delicious, and priced well. I have been impressed with every dish, soup, and dessert I have had.
