The food was amazing, I had the fish sandwich and my friend had their salmon dinner. Not only was the food everything…. Jenn behind the bar is freaking AH-MAZING!!!!! By far the best service I have ever received. She was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. She recommended my fish sandwich and I kept thinking after I ordered it why has no one told me about this dish before now??!! All in all wonderful food and amazing service from Jenn!
My wife and I have visited couple different Ted’s location over the years, however Saturday night was our first time at the Peachtree Corners location. There was a wait to be seated so we opted into sitting at the bar. One of the bartenders gave us menu and silverware, and flung to coasters at my wife and I which I found to be very cavalier. It looked like he had not washed his clothes in days, he had holes in his pants pockets to where we could see his underwear. I think he thought he was being cool or funny, but his humor was very disrespectful and offensive to both myself and my wife. Had the most fowl language and we were completely turned off and considered leaving before we ordered. There was another bartender working and thank GOD she was, she totally rectified the situation. I think she could tell we were put out off by him and his over all behavior. She was very put together and respectful. She made wonderful food recommendations and was very engaging. We ended up having a great time and some good laughs. A complete 180. If you are in the area check out Ted’s at Peachtree Corners and if Jen is behind the bar be sure to sit with her she will take excellent care of you. However if you see a tall guy that is messy and dirty stay clear of the bar. I don’t know how someone like that works at such a wholesome place as Ted’s

I visited Ted’s while in Georgia on business. Not only was the food amazing, the customer service was hand’s down, top notch. My waitress was Sherri (Sherrika), and she was very sweet and attentive. She had a fun personality and made the experience worth it. I will most definitely go back and will recommend Ted’s and Sherri anytime.
We've been to several of the Ted's locations in the area, and they're all pretty good to be honest. But we actually like this one the best. That's partially due to the configuration of the dining room and partially due to the highly professional wait staff and management. We have never been disappointed here.
Last night my husband and I sat at the bar for dinner. It was a new bartender and she was very busy but still took very good care of us. She said her name was Lola and had only been working there a few weeks. She exceeded our expectations. She sat us at the bar with her and took our food and drink order Our food came out very quickly and it was correct this time sometimes it takes a while and isn't cooked correctly which I understand because the bartender is always running around. I was very impressed with how the bartender handled checking oneveryone and the constant multitasking. I ordered my usual Grand Agave cocktail it was excellent. Everything was fantastic and when we return I will asking for Lola.
I come to this location pretty regularly and sit at the bar. Sometimes it can be pretty busy as it seems the bartenders not only take care of bar patrons, but seat people, answer the phone, do to go orders, run curbside orders to peoples car and more I am sure I am forgetting. Jenn, is the best bartender by far that they have had working there in the 3 years I have been going and that is why I am giving a 5 star review. However, last Thursday I came in to eat and there was a new bartender I had never seen working before. I sat at the bar with absolutely no acknowledgement from her for almost 15 minutes. (and she never introduced herself so I have no idea her name) As I previously stated the bar can get busy and that night it was busy. But not once did she even give me a “I will be right with you” it was as if I was invisible. The guy sitting next to me told me she just let his food sit in the kitchen and he had to go ask the kitchen if he could grab it himself. He said she is horrible. I should of left after he told me that, but I decided to stick it out. As I finished my food the restaurant started to calm down and empty out. When it came time for me to get my tab she stood with her back to the bar on her phone and I literally had to yell excuse just to get her to turn around. Once I got the check it took another 5 minutes for her to take payment because yet again she was on her phone. Needless to say if Jenn is not working I will not be dining there. For the amount of money I spend there I should be acknowledged and not be competing with a cell phone for basic service.
All I can say is WOW! From the two people greeting me at the door to my server Caleb the service was world class. Now the food- my goodness my short ribs fell off the bone and the apple crumble all around good experience! I will definitely be back!!!!
