Places my order and for lunch just for me somehow was $17 and one thing I ordered was a large sweet tea. When I got my food they said they were out of larges and gave me a small, but said they didn't charge me for the large tea. When I checked my receipt after I got back to work I found they did charge me for a large. Why do that instead of just saying sorry and fixing the price for me. I'll never go back. Taco Bell has been going down hill the last few years. They don't even carry some traditional Mexican food items anymore, such as Mexican rice, taco salads, enchoritis. What is going on with them???
The drive-thru service was okay, but what a waste of money on the "chicken sandwich" Taco. $3 for one crusty small chicken tender with some sauce.Update: haven't been here maybe in 2 years? And my service today was not great. Lady at the drive-thru was not listening to me whatsoever, they said they didn't sell a combo that was on the sign. Said they only had two drinks available, But then somehow managed to give me a drink that was not what I ordered or what they said was available. And then didn't even give me the hot sauce I asked for lol
Took 20 mins from the time I ordered to the time to get it. Two tacos with black beans.... But of course they screwed that up. I didn't order refried beans, but that's what I got. Disgusted with Taco Bell. It seems to be always something.
First off, I love Taco Bell. The last several visits to this location have been dismal. Every time I pull up, even a few hours until close, they are out of all Doritos locos tacos, hot mild and fire sauce, no fried items, and only accepting exact change in cash. They couldn’t even make regular tacos supreme on my last visit. When I do get food it is usually delicious, but it feels like the employees just want you to leave without ordering. Please rework your management to do better about basic operating practices; I would love to come back and feel welcome and not sent away like I’m inconveniencing everyone there. Sincerely, a man who really loves tacos.
I ordered on the app at this location late at night on Saturday Feb 5th, 2022. After a tough night at my evening job, i was looking forward to some Taco Bell and I was STARVING! The app says this location is open til 2, I showed up at 1:10 am and the worker inside said they were already closed! Taco Bell has really gone down hill and I'm probably not gonna be ordering much more from them. The service is terrible now.

Service NOT GOOD. customer place order on the Keisha. There's nothing available in the dinning setting area. No napkins, no lids, or anything at all. No one to greet you. I stood there over 5 minutes than girl at the drive through told me place my order on the Keisha. I have to ask for everything. My order was not properly made. Most of the ingredients were out in the bag from tacos. VERY BAD ?
Pulled into the drive thru and the employee instantly asked me to come inside to order. I declined; why would I want to go inside? I'm in the drive thru to avoid that. If the box works for you to tell me to go inside (and confirm that is what you said when I asked), it works for you to take an order. I went elsewhere; laziness, stupidity, and inconveniencing the customer doesn't convince me to spend money.
Go to the Taco Bell off Indian trail, at least they won’t have you waiting 45 minutes for fast food.If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is rude and untrained, almost 20 minutes, with 6 cars behind me, just to order. When I got to the window, there was no one in front me for the wait to be so long, and I saw multiple bags of food sitting there on the counter. I waited another 10 minutes for her to swipe my card. Then they had the nerve to give me the order that had been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes that not correct.This location has gone down with quality fast, take the 5 minutes to drive to the next exit instead of waiting 25 minutes just to get a response on the call box.
This location has definitely been getting better lately. Improved order accuracy, wait times and staff friendliness over the past 6 months or so.
