Not properly managed. This is one of the Taco Bell's that is a KFC/Taco Bell combination restaurant, and from what I can tell, a lot of people come to this location for KFC. On Wednesday, June 22nd, I order in the drive-thru from the Taco Bell menu. The 2 cars in front of me apparently drove back around in the drive-thru because they either were missing part of their order or wanted a refund, which the crew handled at the window.When I got to the window, I wasn't given a total nor a receipt, I was just asked to pull to the first parking spot for them to bring out my food. I waited for 10 mins before I decided to go inside to get my order. Once inside, there was another person who ordered at the drive-thru window but had to come inside because of the wait. When they asked me what I was waiting on, the apparently didn't even start my order. And when I received it 10 mins later, it still was cold.I understand that a lot of fast-food places are struggling to find staff, but this wasn't the case since there were 3 people both in the front by the registers and in the back who were just standing around looking at their phones during the lunchtime rush. This is a total mismanagement of a restaurant and if this store plans on surviving, the franchisee really needs to step in and do a lot of training
Was the only one in the store, drive thru not working, took over ten minutes to acknowledge and take my order, and even longer to get my order. Over 20 mins for this transaction. Customer service is horrible.
Not sure how many bad reviews this place needs before they get new management. As a loyal taco bell supporter, this location is absolutely appalling. Everytime I go there is a different issue. Out of chicken, out of cheese, closed 4 hours early, etc. And don't even get me started on the endless waiting. Either get new management or close it down. This location is utterly disappointing.
Love the food but even if they aren't busy they take forever to take your order and to receive it.
Only come here if you have 30 minutes to spend waiting in the drive through, and then another 30 minutes to wait for them to actually hand you your food.Just shows that the people working there have zero concerns over when and how you get your food. Avoid it if you can.
Worst customer service at what is supposed to be fast food, the employees are so rude, since you get in line theyare very agressive driving ahead of you, maybe because they are running late, with only 3 cars on line, they took about 20 minutes to take my order, wich they say didn't understand, then wait 20 more minutes to get the order, they are very unprofessional.
Negative Reviews are all true. Pathetic customer service. Missed items from my order, only found out after reaching home. No receipt was given from payment to verify what they understood while ordering via drive thru. Lady speaking while ordering sounded like she's forgetting that someone is ordering, didnt confirm the order, nor final price, had to wait twice to hear back. Never returning to this location.
I come to this location near me home, once in a blue moon and every single time I go it’s a disappointment! Pathetic customer service with attitudes. Waiting forever to order your food and it’s not even busy with 4-7 people just standing around! I gotta repeat my simple combo order several times!!!! PATHETIC!
They are terrible as a “fast food” place of business. They took 35 mins to get my food, mind you- with only one car in front of me. I just got a Crunchwrap supreme and cheesy fiesta potatoes. They also don’t pick up the phone. Terrible. The food looked disgusting when I went to eat it. Don’t go to this Taco Bell.
Drive though speaker is awful, you can’t hear the rude employees through it. One young woman in particular has a nasty attitude, and will blame & scream at you for her own error. Overall, customer service is mediocre - just quit if you hate your job that much. Only a few are kind enough to not say anything behind your back.
