Ordered the mozza meats foot long and dude charge me extra for getting the fresh mozzarella that comes with the sub. I’ve gotten in before and never was charged extra beings the sub is suppose to come with the fresh mozzarella… it even says mozza in the darn name! I even looked it up online and called corporate and both told me there’s no extra charge for that particular sub. Seriously I ended up paying $20 for one footling sub! I couldn’t believe it! When the sun is like $11 on the menu if that! I could’ve went and bought two fresh mozzarella balls on my own for that price and added it! Won’t be back to this location. The guy had a bit of an attitude as well so there wouldn’t have been any point in pointing out his mistake.
The absolute BEST Subway in Atlanta. Roberto and the other guy had excellent customer service and they were kind and efficient with our orders. Roberto and his coworker deserves a raise for such awesome service. Much respect to them.
This has become my go-to Subway for a quick lunch. All my sandwiches lately have been just right and there hasn't been a wait.
Employee are not well travel ined and have good costumer service. Horrible experience, both time I was there.

Came in for a sandwich but decided to go to the bathroom. This was apparently a mistake as the older black man working there yelled at me to see what I was doing.After leaving the bathroom he yelled at me again to purchase something. But given that just for existing I was being yelled at and given zero respect I decided against buying anything, which seemed to infuriate him more.I contacted Subway corporate on multiple occasions who has yet to contact me, which I understand as they are constantly getting bad PR for various reasons, but I took this as a sign to stop having subway altogether.
Walked in the store at 8:35 to buy a footlong get one 50% off. The older black gentlemen with the accent told me they were closing in 5mins and it would take too long for my order to go thru online since I didn’t have the coupons. This is the second time this has happen with the same person but before they called the manager to rectify the situation . Very disappointed; to tell me they were closing in 5 mins and it was only 8:40 ???He should stay in the back and not work with customers.No customer service skills at all!!!!!
First Subway were I didnt see a cockroach. They know how to hide them guys.
The black guy name Andrew was very rude and give my children attitude cause she call her grandma to see what she want and he cussing at my child and he don’t deserve to be at subway with a poor customer service.
