Asked for a hot tea and a pastry. Waited 15 minutes, I went up to asked and if was ready after several people that order after me were served and gone. The employee pointed at the end of the counter and said your order will come out when it ready at the end. I tried to let her know, I had been waiting for a while, but she just replied; it will come out at the end of the counter when it’s ready.
Incredibly slow. I’ve been waiting inside for 10 minutes along with 6 other people. There are 6 baristas behind the counter and the drive through is packed. There hasn’t been any movement in 10 minutes. It seems like nobody is working and the manager is behind the counter laughing hysterically.
Worst Starbucks ever! We mobile ordered coffee beans and they gave us the wrong coffee saying that they ran out of what we ordered, so they just gave us something else. I expect that poor service from a lower tier coffee place, not Starbucks. Do not stop at this One, drive a few more minutes to a better Starbucks.
Be aware for pickup, they won't call your order number or anything.
Horrible service. Worst Starbucks I’ve even ordered from. I made an online order for 2 items using the app. When I got there only the drink was ready. I asked them where the chicken and bacon sandwich I ordered was, they guy said ok I’ll make it. I waited 5 minutes then someone else brought me a croissant and yogurt! This is not what I ordered, I even showed them my exact order in the app. It took another 5 minutes before I got the sandwich I ordered. I wasn’t given any sauce like I requested when I made my order. They were not even apologetic at all. If I’m making a pickup order everything should be ready when I get there. Horrible service, I would not recommend to anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Place is empty because the service is so bad… the staff seems unsupervised and like they don’t care about you or your order. Took me asking repeatedly and a 20 minute wait for them to just heat up a pre-packaged food item & give it to me, although I was the only customer…. The drinks never taste right here and most of the staff is in the back hanging out.
I order a venti quad white chocolate mocha frap and venti caramel ribbon crunch frap. They both came as quads and they both tasted the same, like a strong ice coffee. If I wanted ice coffee thats what I would have ordered.
Came through and ordered a venti white mocha with an extra shot and instead they gave me a vanilla latte decaf with caramel syrup. I have attempted calling repeatedly over and over and over again and no one answers the phone. Really really poor service.
I've been going to this Starbucks for quite some time and recently the last two visits I've noticed a change in the quality. The latte and capachino both taste watered-down. I'm curious if anyone else has noticed.
Staff is always friendly but the drive thru line is usually slow. Drinks are made delicious.
