On May 20 in the morning, I received the worst service in Jay Bird Alley Starbucks. I was waiting for 10 min for the employee to complete my Order. I oredered 3 small lates and they only gave 2. After a while they decided not to fulfill my order and play games with me. Unfortunately I have a very tight schedule and I had to leave. I ask for them to return the money but to no avail they did not!!!

Preparing a nitro cold brew normally takes seconds. I waited 5 to 10 minuted for my nitro to be prepared. One of the worst sbx branches i’ve visited.

This is the friendliest nicest Starbucks I have ever been too. The morning crew is always cheerful, personable, and efficient. I go out of my way to get my morning coffee from this Starbucks because they are so nice.

I literally do not understand how they can mess up and order multiple times. I went through the drive through asked for a venti macchiato drink and i end up with a hot grande drink. Tell them they handed me the wrong drink and than they give me another grande drink that was complete trash. At this point I just took it because there was a line forming and it’s evident they wouldn’t get it right

I can’t day much about this experience that you don’t already know about Starbucks, which is a good thing. The order was fast and accurate. The staff was polite and professional and the line wasn’t too bad. This was a good Starbucks experience.

Not sure but the last 2 Sundays I have been there have been odd. The first Sunday the entire system shut down after I had already waited 10 mins in line. The next week I went back I was in line for almost 22 mins and the orders were being processed so slowly. I sat in front of the window for multiple mins and listened to the employees and I guess they were training new staff bc everything seemed very disorganized? Either way, they made a good drink but Id like to see the timings improve on this location

All Starbucks are professional and the experience is normally uniform, but this location adds just enough personality to make your visit personable! ^_^

Rude crew that works there. At least the ones working there 1/25/22 evening shift. They don’t need to manage in-store customers since most Starbux remain closed to in-store service, so they just deal with drive through. But they still act stressed and rude and take it out on customers. Won't be back.This seems to be endemic with a lot of Starbucks I go to these days. Maybe just need to break the habit.

Consistent almost ever time.

I don't understand why Starbucks won't just tell their customers that they're out of something instead of making their drink using substitutions that result in nothing like what they ordered. This has happened to me a couple times at this location, the most recent 10 minutes ago. Now I've wasted $6 on a drink I didn't even order nor want. Btw, this has happened to me at several locations, so seems to be a chain policy.
