No wonder my latte tested so so bad, they pre-made the espresso (espresso that looks like regular coffee to me) and put it aside in a pitcher. This is not the only Starbucks that does this, I had the same experience before. That’s not right!
this is my favorite starbucks to go to!! all the employees are so nice and they all work so hard, this location is so clean and beautiful so i always make sure to tip. my personal favorite employee is grace- she always such a great conversationalist and always just a sweetheart all around!!
Melissa is a wonderful barista and a very sweet person. I met her at the drive thru and she made my entire day better. I bought my coffee and went to work but before I even had a chance to drink it, my clumsy self spilled it all over the floor and my shoes, thankfully missing my car as I was getting out. It was another hour before I had a chance to go back but when I did, Melissa recognized me at the drive thru. She asked me if I was ok and if my car was ok and then she made me another order on the house. Needless to say, I was very happy. Melissa and also the lady that was at the check out window (unfortunately I never got her name) were very kind and I’m looking forward to seeing them next time I stop by.
I love coming to this location! It’s literally like 10 minutes from where I work . the staff here are so polite and I love them !!!! I ALWAYS order here and even some of the staff recognize me LOL! I really want to say there’s a young lady who works there I didn’t catch her name but we always catch up! Lol , I believe she’s always there in the mornings cause that’s when I always see her and man she’s great! The manager should really applaud this young lady because she gives the most absolute customer service . ANOTHER THING , I’ve basically tried almost everything on the menu ( not really but it feels like it lol) I’m more into the frappe and sugar drinks when I feel like I need a boost , even sometimes I customize a order just cause I want to try something different and the staff NEVER SAY NO! Even more at least in my experiences the staff even give me recommendations!!! Hahahaha I love them! in this reference I’m talking about the 2 young ladies . I just bought a drink 02/23/22 at around 10:40am that I just left and I didn’t know what to order honestly ….. I allowed her to make me a mystery drink ! SHE MADE THE MOST BOMB LOOKING FRAPPUCINO EVER ! she said she called it the “ Twix frappucino” I believe she said , LOOKS GREAT ! And sure enough will fill that sugar tooth hahah! I need to catch these ladies name next time ! the manager needs to applaud these 2 young ladies !

Just when you hope things have improved.... I understand this is a busy time of year but when you order a "Tall" sized drink, you don't expect them to hand you a Venti size. The girl at the window acknowledged the mishap but even still, the cup was spilling over since it was so full. Since it was almost 20 oz more than I even asked for, of course the drink was weak. I hope this location hires more staff for the holidays.
Absolutely amazing location! I’ve visited only twice and my name and order is already known. Such great service and feels like being at home with family!
