I had the worst experience at this location. I pulled into a auto order lane, turned my car off and pushed the button so as to make my order. The first thing the employees said was, "Can you pull over to the other side?" Puzzled, I asked why? She said, "So I don't have to walk all the way over there to bring your order." I could not believe what she had just said. I was thinking, girl don't you understand that I'm a customer and I came to get fast food for convenience and hey by the way, walking less than 5 feet to the next lane is not like running a marathon. Just lazy! Keep in mind, I chose to park in the lane where I did because on the other side, there were many cars and I was being considerate of others by not parking in the one lane between two cars. Anyway, I got out of the car and reported this to the manager. It seems that most of the employees were teens. The manager never said a word. She actually looked a bit unbothered. Lol I chucked that up to lack of experience. She wasn't disrespectful, but she wasn't helpful either. I decided to just go back to my car and leave..AND NEVER GO BACK. The sad thing is that I had gone out of my way to go to that sonic because I remembered going to sonic as a kid and getting the strawberry lime aid. Well, I guess I'll have to wait until I go back to my home state. Businesses fail because they hire the wrong people sometimes. Sad.
Today is like any other day at Sonic. So as my receipt reads no mayo, got Mayo anyway. Add ketchup and pickles. Didn’t get that either. Ordered through the app, and still waited 15 minutes. To be told the order was ready that I didn’t check in. Then, and then of course the dessert? guess what? We don’t have no ice cream, but we have slushies , no needs for the nerd one. It’s like, I try giving them the chance. Each time I get bombed.. It’s sad to say, but maybe y’all should close. It’s not like you have anything anyway.
Man i can say a lot but what i really want to say is “Thank You Sean” with a lot of things that could’ve been done, this guy handled himself like you should under pressure. With just him and a cook he served every customer with respect and didn’t get upset not one time! I really appreciate him for this and wish that all customer service could be more like the experience i had here. Whoever is Sean’s boss he needs a raise and needs to be GM because he has the quality and professionalism for that position. Me and my family just wanted to say thank you Sean and we appreciate you and will continue to come to this location just because of what we witnessed. I wish they would let me out more stars because he needs more stars and all of our food was fresh and GOOD! God bless and thanks again Sean!
Every time I come here they say either they are out of ice cream, onion rings or both. They discontinued the grilled chicken so I stopped coming. Tonight I was like I really want some onion rings and a strawberry cheese cake shake. Guess what they don't have? Also its Friday evening and they only have two kids working. They're trying their best to take orders and get everything out.
Today I visited at 11Am and waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes , no one ever said anything. I was the only car on the lot. Came back at 8:52. 3rd car in line. Did not receive my order until 9:40. The quality is always okay. They just need some help ASAP !
Only drive through open, but ok with that. Behind several cars, but moving quickly. Can't understand why the burgers were so hot and fresh but the fries were cold, old and mushy. 5 cars ahead of us didn't get fries? Or they made a huge pile ahead of time and we all got bad fries?
Had a craving for some food from Sonic. Unfortunately I was not feeling well, so I ordered some food via Uber Eats. I ordered a quarter pound chili cheese footling coney, a breakfast burrito, onion rings, and a route 44 cherry limeade. Delivery arrives and I only get the coney and burrito. So I had that refunded via Uber. Unfortunately, my coney was cold and only had a SPARSE amount of cheese on it and no chili. Very disappointed with the execution from this location. Missed half my order and messed up another part of it.
First, it was going to be 5 star because even with the wait, they worked fast and efficiently. But unfortunately, my cream slushes (got two mediums) have a small amount of cream. Like less than 1/4 had ice cream. I feel like that added a small bit of cream on the top...when I asked them to layer the cream slush. This is not layering. Very disappointed. The chicken finger sandwich was on point tho.
Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. I know with what is going on with the job situation, that service may be a little slow and I am very patient. I watched several cars behind me pull away. The driver in front of me was finally acknowledged, something was said and he drove off. I pulled up and asked if they were still serving ice cream at 9:25pm. The person who answered said they aren't serving any more ice cream today.This location has has some of the rudest staff I have ever seen. It sucks that this is the closest location to me and I don't go there for this reason. Look for an alternate restaurant choce.
I arrived to this location right when they were about to close. My order was quite long and I apologized for having such a huge order. A huge THANK YOU to Sean for being so patient and going over and beyond to make sure that not only was our order correct, but I had fresh, hot food! His attitude was so pleasant. We need more of Sean's across the world.
