The owner of this place needs to get it together. Both times i’ve come here the employees have provided terrible service. Went here on Mothers day and was told that their system is down and they can’t take any orders. On further questioning discovered that they can still accept cards…. meaning the system isn’t rly down. If the employees here told every single customer that arrived that their system is down I can’t imagine how much business this place is losing. The other time I came here they didn’t have the right ingredients in stock. Sent a letter to corporate on the first time and got no response, so it shows there’s no real effort here for customer satisfaction. Would just go to a different location next time.
1st time here....and now last time here. They need a mgr on duty and better multi tasking workers. I called ahead to confirm they could pull me up by my info...got there dude said they couldn't. So I couldnt use my 3dollar reward. Had ppl waiting and when i did get my 20oz...IT WASN'T EVEN FILLED UP! NEVAAAHHHH COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION ALSO WHY THE HECK IS THE DOOR LOCK? THEY HAD ME AND ANOTHER LADY WAITING FOR 2MIN TO EVEN GET INSIDE THE STORE
They have a line the was just wrapped to the side of the building, two guys inside and I one is saying anything at the speaker. After waiting for about 10 minutes in line and a few minutes at the speaker I drive to the window and the two guys in the inside said they aren’t taking any orders because they have 20 orders to fill, sorry have a nice day. THEY COULD OF SAID THAT 10 MINUTES AGO AT THE SPEAKER
This location is always closing and it is unknown to the customers. I went by at 3pm on 4/24/22 and employees were inside but no one was answering the 5 cars in the line for the drive thru. This has happened several times within the last month. I will not go back.
Whoever the young man who was working drive thru on 04/10/2022 at 1:04 pm needs to be re-trained on customer service. He was very rude to us at the drive thru. After telling us to take our time, we were ready after a Few mins and he rudely said “I’m busy” and told us it would be a 15 minute wait when THERE WAS NO CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF US. He only told us that out of anger, then tended to us not even up to 5 mins later when he realized we wouldn’t leave. On top of that, how is the only type of milk in stock non-fat milk? He said that all they had was non-fat milk which is ridiculous because this is a smoothie place, so they should have milk substitutes in stock or inform customers that they don’t have it before we order. He also said the same with coffee. Horrible experience and very rude employee, we just left to go to another location and will surely never be returning. Just a ridiculous experience.
i usually have a great experience here and love their smoothies! but today nobody attend us at the drive thru. do we parked and as we headed towards the door the people in the car parked next to us told us the smoothie king’s doors were lock but there was people inside. he procede to call them “lazy”. and it was true the doors were locked and their were two employees inside. one with the red uniform and the other with a black. then my family and i headed to another smoothie king ( the one in pleasant hill ) and the same thing occurred!!
They aren't allowing orders inside, it would be good for them to post a sign up about it. The staff were still as quick as they could be.
Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Went to the door and it was locked and employees was just walking around.
I'm a regular and they do not honor the $1 up Friday anymore. Just sad.
I came today to eat around 2:15pm and I did not have a good experience at all. I ordered a Strawberry Banana Activator and a strawberry hulk. When I got to the window, I was waiting for a long time before the lady (presumably the manager) finally opened the window.When she opened the window she said "We don't have blueberries for the "Blueberry Activator" and I replied, "I ordered a Strawberry Banana."This is important because I ordered a completely different smoothie with different ingredients. She is going to then tell the other employee "Just add Banana to it." I didn't order a Blueberry Activator so why am I getting one with no Blueberry but Banana added? My smoothie should've been remade to the one I paid for, not the mistake smoothie she tried to correct. (I can taste the ingredients, btw. Its different. The menu board shows ingredients too.)During the middle of this, I paid with 20 dollars and before she hands me my money, she says "Tell everyone else we're taking cards only." Why was I able to pay with cash and now every one else is taking card only? I assume she's the manager so did she just decide she didn't want to take cash? There wasn't a cash shortage sign anywhere, I could've paid with my card.Overall I don't think id want to come back here, every other store has gotten my smoothies correct. Not to mention she wasn't very attentive to the situation. I'd rather just drink the smoothie than try to get a refund from her, cause it really didn't make any sense.
