Bad experience everytime i go through the drive thru. Theres a woman there who is soooooooo mean, i just can't deal with it. If you want to add anything to your order at the window, she'll say with a nasty attitude... you can't unless you get back on the line to place another order... now what restaurant does this??? And she's tough to, not the friendly type.
I never really cared for it. Today I remembered. It's overpriced for what you get. I ordered a 2 piece dinner. It came with a leg & thigh, tiny biscuit, 1 side & drink. I added another side which costed $2.49 for a total with tax $11.11. The same meal at KGC with all items would have been larger. The sides were less than 2 ozs. They put half sizes in the containers. Straight rip-offs
Worst Popeyes you can go to in GA. The entire staff doesn’t care about fresh food, or even basic customer service. This location needs to be shut down and all employees fired!! As of 4/16/2022 1:38 pm. Saturday morning staff had nothing fresh and didnt have cocktail sauce, didn’t give me my entire order. Completely unacceptable as a fast food restaurant
Worst location I've ever been to. The staff do not take health and safety standards seriously. The cashier took order, prepped food, boxed food, served drinks, took more orders all with the SAME GLOVE! The other worker was prepping orders and scratching her head. Nothing sanitary about this location. Also, my fries were undercooked and freezing cold. I know I'm not tripping because right before I received my order, a customer returned and stated that his fries were cold. The same cashier with the "everything glove," got him some new fries. Save your money and go to the location off of buford hwy.
Absolutely the worst Popeyes in metro Atlanta. I sat in that drive-thru line for 35 minutes and they were rude when I got to the window. I would eat dirt before I eat at this Popeyes again!
I order a 3 piece tenders meal and 4 piece chicken m and an extra side of mash. Well lets say I didn't get my mash and my tenders looked like nuggets. The staff was rude. I made sure I left bad review on there survey. I worked at Popeyes before and this isn't how u treat customer
This new one on Buford is BY FAR the best Popeyes I've been too. Even tho the one on Jimmy Carter is a whole stop light away baby it's the worst. Like each and every time I order from there SOMETHING ain't right and even tho I can't say they rude....they just don't get things right. However, this Buford location gets my coin every time because they get it right, the first time.
Foods delicious as always but idk how hard it is to give me spicy tenders. Ordered, made it clear, hot regular, went through again and told them, they gave me back the same tenders I swear.
This is the worst Popeyes I have ever witnessed. Bad non caring employees and bad management. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t even open on time and ignore customers. Went to the new Popeyes on Buford Hwy in Doraville. They are fast, friendly and do a good job.
