Ordered 2 pizzas and a dessert, got 1 cold pizza, the dessert, and an empty box. Delivery was 30 min late - it's a holiday weekend, not a problem, stuff happens - but that meant the store was closed when I tried to call. I ordered from the app so I didn't see the reviews for this store but if you're near store #406, your best (and maybe only) chance to get good pizza is to delete the Papa John's App and call Marco's.
I just spoke with the manager who wouldn’t give his name for “media purposes”. Waited almost 1 1/2 hours for an order that didn’t come 2 nights ago and just called and has no order for today after waiting almost 2 hours. My neighbor aka the PI is on it! They messed with him and the NPD last week. You never know who you’re talking to. Treat people like you want to be treated! Never again!
I guess I should have read the reviews before placing my delivery order. After waiting a hour for my pizza that was promised to be delivered 26-36 mins to my worksite 2 miles away, the MANAGER got an attitude with me as if i did something wrong by calling to get an eta for my pizza and tried to charge me another $4 fee to deliver my pizza I had already paid for with my card! I would never recommend this Papa Johns to anyone. Even if the pizza was free!
I ordered for delivery and 3 HOURS LATER I had to go pick it up myself. I tried calling this location 4 times and no one picked up any of the times. When I finally did get my order, after having to harass the employees to figure out where my order was, they finally looked and pulled it from the back of their heated shelves. My order was then COLD, WRONG, and RAW. My papadias were both raw inside and my cheese bread was a cheese pizza. I will not be ordering from this location again. I am very disappointed in the service, time it took, handling of this situation, and the food I received. A simple dinner order turned into a 4 hour ordeal.
Ordered twice they canceled both times without notice. Store was closed by the time I called. I will never order from papa John's ever again.

They canceled my order in app twice with no explanation. Closed store on doordash. Somebody send Shaq to help make pizzas or open a second store to cover service area. I ordered Dominoes instead.
My order was taken by the delivery driver by mistake. When I arrived to pick it up, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to return to the store. By then, my order was cold. No offer to remake it.
Well I ordered my pizza online ,when I get there they hand me the wrong pizza . Completely wrong. The guy looks at all the orders doesn't see mines and then starts making a new pizza he doesn't acknowledge that they messed up the order doesn't apologize or nothing. I have to ask so u making a new one? He says yes but still no apology. His attitude was stank along with the customer service. That was my last time spending money there.
