For the third time I ordered a pizza for delivery and the door dash driver never showed & I had to go pick it up with no refund for my delivery fee. This is after waiting an hour on my pizza. I’m done with this place.
Great place good food here come out hot fresh not frozen hand made to nice , only thing once in awhile only two working then slow.
I used to work here and they have rats and rochies that's why they had to close down. Won't take orders lazy employees my advice is call corperate and they might get locked down again. Need a Zaxby with fresh food. I'm tired of waiting for over a hour cold food. I called they said they don't take cash. What type of business are they running.!!!??????Wont eat at this place and I used to work here.????
Pizza was cooked to perfection and was ready at the proposed time. Good service too
They had a man take my order and then had a girl working by herself with a chair in front of the door and she didn’t greet us or tell us that she was working alone. She instead of telling us this challenges people to justify canceling their order. I will just go home and cook. It’s so not worth it. I will never order pizza again when I can get a pizza from Whole Foods and dress it up…Then a guy from DoorDash came in and grabbed food with no type of verification. I have never in my life seen a store run so poorly.
Never again! Dont out source to doordash....3rd time Ive had a driver just leave with my food......where did that pizza go.....home with some random under paid driver who doesnt care because you outsourced the delivery? Customer lost....Every chance I get to bad mouth papa johns I will trust me!

I hate to say it, as the manager for this store seems overworked. I tried explaining my situation to her and if she would consider the words of the customer she could do better. I've had two different issues with this store this week alone that she tried tying into one. She's so outdone by her job, her memory is very short! I won't purchase ANY MORE pizzas from this store. They're all about making pizzas and collecting the money, but its all down hill before and after that. And they have a knack for thinking the problem is the customer. The place is a mess! The drivers don't work for the store. This food delivery thing through other companies is a health risk that becomes an argument between who's at fault legally. Save your money, cook your own food. Avoid the calamity that goes with ordering food that includes sanitary risk.
Have had problems with this establishment that undermines what I seek in good business with any company. They need improvements in customer service. The place is operating on a thread, what does that mean for you? A problem that will be directed to someone else being responsible besides the store. The manager seems overworked and all deliveries are done by a third party from which Papa John's will quickly throw under the bus if needed. I won't be getting any more pizzas from this store and I'm considering giving up Papa John's altogether. This place is a mess. They make Pizzas and they sell them. Anything before or after that is all down hill, including quality and customer service.
