I would not recommend this location. I called to place an order at 5:40 PM. The person taking the call said it would be 45 min delivery time (I do not think the person taking this call was in the United States). After almost 1.5 hours I called the location, and they said that the delivery expectation was incorrect, that it would be a 2 hour delivery time. They said my order was going out the door. At approx 8:20 PM I called to check, and the manager said the driver had a mix up, but they would send ASAP. I cancelled the order. Why did no one notify me about this? Or offer a discount for the lack of service on their end? I will never call Papa John’s again.
Food took 2 hours to arrive. Looked on the tracking app and driver stopped at Walmart for 45 minutes. Food was cold and hard a brick. On top of that the order was wrong. Im disappointed. If this location Is looking it was order 940693893
The GM Chad works harder than anyone I have seen at any job in the last year. He is often by himself because Papa John’s corporate doesn’t pay what the current workforce requires after Covid. This guy works till all hours by himself and deserves as much Leadway as we can all give him. My sister and I walked in tonight and he was all alone with numerous orders and was managing to smile and keep it together. We all need to be actually super patient and supportive to this individual.
Went there for double cheeseburger Papadia, they didn't sell them! Ordered a Philly cheese steak Papadia and they didn't put any MEAT on it!
I'm a manager of a nearby company and we order pizzas regularly from this Papa John's location.Chad and his team are always on top of my orders with great customer service and awesome food. Definitely recommend. Even with everyone being short staffed they still find a way to make their customers happy. ?
Overall longer than usual wait and staff had an attitude. Not customer service friendly at all. If you hate your job then quit it’s that simple. Doesn’t make sense why people are just miserable and mad at their jobs.
The always have friendly staff and good food. One of the few places I carry out since they’re all nice. I accidentally ordered this online when I was home (it’s where I order for our office) they cancelled it for me no problem. One of the few pizza delivery places where it’s always a pleasure

They're playing politics. They tried to silence Tucker Carlson from doing his job. They have many far left political views they're pushing in my opinion. I just learned about this and the pizza I ordered last week is the last pizza I will buy from Papa John's. Does Papa John's donate to Planned Parenthood?? I'm currently researching and would like to see answer on public forum
First of all, I order two pizzas all I received was ONE , I asked for light tomato sauce. It was packed with tomato sauce. I never got my money back from the other one they never brought me. Never ordering from here unless I want to have my money stolen and horrible customer service.
