Today I chose to use cash to pay for my dinner. Normally I use my card, but since I had cash I gave the nice gentleman a $50 bill. My food was $15.24. He asked the lady ( dark complexion, with a small pony tail) who appeared to be a member of management for change. I'm not sure of any one's name because they didn't have a name tag. There was a cashier to his left counting money from her register, she had more than $34, I whispered to the gentleman she has change for a 50. She said that's why it is cash only. Then she said naw, that wouldn't be right. The manager walks back to the gentleman and said we can't take it. Then she left with the 50. No one ever suggested I use my card, I could have but the "shift supervisor" was not friendly at all. I was prepared to just leave but she finally decided to make change from the drawer next to him.The staff needs customer service training they should also spend a little extra time cleaning the dining area.

The staff was really friendly and my food was great! Unfortunately they were out of baguettes for the side and I was initially disappointed but when I got my food I was very happy, they made my half sandwich on a croissant and it was very substantial. There was a tiny mistake where they ring me up for broccoli Mac and cheese when I ordered regular Mac and cheese but I just let them know and they quickly got one to me!

This staff is horrible. They hardly ever prepare smoothies for delivery orders. They do not call or notify you in ANY WAY when they decide to make changes to your order. They DO NOT follow directions well. They just do whatever tf they feel like doing. I will be calling corporate as well to express my concerns

I ordered the Chicken Frontega. It was missing the basil that comes on it, it was very dry bc they barely put any chipotle sauce on it and it was poorly put together. I made them fix my order and now I have food poisoning. ?

I order here in the morning at least 3 times a week. Chris is always so nice and helpful. She is respectful of customer's time and does not allow the line to get too long.

The staff were courteous and polite. The location is not ideal and the parking is horrendous. This location is attached to another business and it has limited parking in front of the building. They do have additional parking in a parking lot a little ways from the actual building.

They have a very nice staff, and always get my order right. I have never had any issues with the quality of food too. Please tip the staff.

Drove about 24 minutes here because I wanted to buy some bagel for my staff and I. When I entered the establishment and walked to the register the cashier was helpful and pleasant but the individual the was picking my bagles did not seem like she wanted to be at work. I ordered 13 bagels and I wanted all of the heated and toasted because that's why I like going to Panera but she acted as if me wanting to have my bagels toasted and cut wasn't issue and too much for her to do. So I settled to have them just cut. When I was ready to consume the bagels with my staff they were cut horribly. So I am slightly agitated. She had glasses and braids. If you do not want to be at work please clock out and go home. The business should staff individuals who want to be at work.
