They still owe me 2 free meals due to The fact who took our order just assumed I wanted 2 orange chicken as my choice negative I said 1 orange chicken and she didn't even let me finish my order we had 5 different orders and mine and my daughters were both messed up still have the names and the person who was filling in due to no manager on site. I called she said just come in and we will give you 2 free meals it's been 3 weeks let's see if they stick to their word. It's about time for some panda ? express. I didn't put names but have all 4 2 manager day time and evening time. Plus the girl who took the order and the one whom I called and made a complaint. No spoon or fork nor napkins or fortune cookie her answer was its our responsibility to get our on spoon fork etc.. ? seriously it's a to go order not over the phone walk in place our order and leave and asked is every thing in the bag. The girl was rushing the cooks saying hurry up we have a long line. No wonder my order was screwed up rushing me and the people working not professional at all.?? I have left before due to a long line out of teriyaki chicken and drove further for panda express?♀️..SMH ? ?
This was my go to location until I had a bad experience with an online order I’m so disappointed how rude the work Vella or whatever her name is. I was given the wrong order and then she had the nerve to question me and ask me to show a photos of the mistake someone on the crew made never been so dissatisfied and I will never give this location my business again
this location has gone to absolute trash. 40 minutes before closing and they dont have chicken teriyaki, no kung pao, no beef broccoli.. so i had to resort to other items. the orange chicken was so overcooked and crunchy. i actually threw away my food away. dont waste your money here.
The staff was super friendly… I ordered steamed veggies, teriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken…as I was eating my veggies I noticed it was super crunchy so I spit it out and saw there was a bug in my veggies. I can’t tell what kind of bug but beware! The manager told me he could do a meal replacement?! I was so heated!!! I took it back and got a refund and made a complaint with the inspector!The apology didn’t come until after I declined the meal replacement and requested a refund!!Beware!!
Just like every Panda Express, pretty good food! People quite nice. Not 5 stars but what you expect in a Panda Express.
It's disgusting, the food smells like chuquia. I was disgusted by the smell. My children hurt them. They give you such a small portion. Nothing to do with the panda from 1 year ago. I don't recommend it at all.The attention is so fatal the women who work there are as despotic as if one were going to ask them for free food that restaurant disappointment
Service was good, but my food was super dry because it was under the heat lamps too long.
Still a great place for fresh food. Just wish they would get the teryaki chicken back as an option. This location is always out or it seems to be. It's been a month since I've seen that item offered. The staff is always nice and efficient!
I love Panda express, but appearance means a lot to me. The chicken egg rolls are always over cooked when I come here,and always running out of teriyaki chicken. I don't know if they are short staff or what.
Pretty dirty dining area...Trash over flowing, needs to be swept and tables need to be wiped down...Looks very unkempt and it isn't that busy.
