The food here is a hit or miss with last 2 months being mostly a miss. Management and staff have no customer service skills and it’s an extremely poorly run location with managers treating staff and customers terribly. Perhaps if they changed management and hired people that can cook, things might improve for this location. Attaching a picture of what my pizzas have been looking like over the last 2 months, they struggle with consistently making the same thing decently and consider the attached image a “perfectly good $15 worth pizza”.
Went here for lunch on a weekday. Wasn't busy at all. Got a half sandwich and salad. $15. Sandwich was good. Salad was already tossed with my desired dressing. Overall experience was good. I'll be back again, forsure.
We had lunch here on a Sunday around 1pm. Busy parking due to other stores, still found parking. Restaurant not busy at all, then started picking up as we were done w our meal. Lots of tables and big dining area. Cashier gives you a number and your order is brought to your table. Hubby ordered the chicken tortilla soup and macaroni & cheese. His soup was really good and flavorful. The mac & cheese a lil watery, but alright. I ordered the half soup/half salad; loaded potato soup…yum and Caesar salad…they did it right. We really enjoyed the food, and the space. I took off a star due to how long it took to get our order. Seemed unusually long for soup and salad. We’ll probably choose this place over Panera Bread next time.
I enjoy this place for lunch. The salads are huge, and really good. The restaurant is comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient. It gets pretty busy here at lunch, but it wasn’t bad getting in and out.
We had a great experience here. Our food was good, hot, and fast. We needed a quick lunch and this meal didn’t disappoint.
I eat at this Newk's regularly but was disappointed in their cancelled order refund system. First time I needed to cancel an order due to a personal emergency. They told me they cancelled immediately and expect a credit in a few days. Several calls and excuses later, no refund to debit card. Been 2 weeks so far and counting. Disappointing.
Always great food with friendly staff. Good portion sizes in a nice clean restaurant.
Ordered from this location 3 times. Last order was missing an item. Spoke with a manager. I asked for the refund of the missing item. He stated he would refund me my entire meal. I guess customer service is not dead? Days later, no refund received but original purchase went through even for the missing item. Wow? No more Newks.
I loved the shrimp and avocado salad with salmon as a substitute. Twice now I’ve ordered it on Uber eats and the salmon was left off. The most recent time I called the store and the manager said he would issue a refund for the first salad. He also encouraged me to place a second order so they could send the salad correctly. He said he’d refund that order as well for the multiple inconveniences. I did not receive a refund for either.
My pizza was excellent! It looked and tasted like it was made for family, not a stranger. At a time where everyone is cutting back and charging more for less....Newk's filled my pizza with goodies! What a wonderful surprise after a 10 hour work day. I can't thank them enough for putting in love, yes love and care into my dinner.
