Easily the worst Moe's experience I have ever had. At this point, I'm starting to lose faith in the business given the recent atrocious service at numerous stores throughout the area.Placed an order for lunch pickup and arrived 2 minutes after the pick up time. Upon arrival, they did not have the order ready and took 3 walk in orders prior to beginning to fulfill mine. During the order, a staff member began to grill the onions and failed to adequately prepare the item before adding them to my order.Significant delays coupled with poor food quality ensures that I will never return to this location. I'm sure Chipotle would appreciate my business more than this branch.
After I placed an order through the app, the order ready time said 1:30pm. Arrived just before 2pm and none of the order had even been made and the 2 workers on staff were just standing around. When I asked where my order was, they shrugged without a care and slowly started to make my order. My husband ended up being late to work because of how late I got home with his lunch. I will not be returning to this location. Poor professionalism and not clean.

Please stay away from this place.Very nasty attitude from workers, we ordered online and requested cup of guacamole and add guacamole on my salad nad my coworkers burrito paid almost $6.00 for it just to find no guacamole at all on our orders when we cam back to the office.i drove back and these guys had the audacity to tell me that they informed the girls that picked up the food that they were out of guacamole. Which is a lie, I requested a refund after nothing was offered from their side and I was told to wait after he finished with all the people that were in line which were almost 6 and more keep coming in. I decided to leave the store and not waste my time with 2 morrons.So I got no guacamole, no refund and a very nasty attitude from the 2 employees inside the store.
Took teenage sons on night Mom was out of town. Good food for a fair price. Great night to dine outside. We'll be back soon!
Ordered using the app and received a confirmation. Showed up to the restaurant and was told that no order was received. There was no attempt by staff to clarify or resolve the issue even though I had already paid and had confirmations from both the app and via email.
Poor customer service , rude . Rice very hard .
Always good and dependable service here as well as great burritos! I wish they had more spicy salsa, but that's a personal preference.

Food was good, setup was a little weird. Bottle neck at the drink station. Only my wife ate, she enjoyed her bowl!
