The lady that was at the first window completely understood that I had never purchased anything through the app.and I was very confused.The lady at the 2nd window was very rude impatient and had an inexcusable attitude.I asked 3 times for ketchup and never did get it.Everytime I asked she looked at me then slammed the window.the 3 Rd time she said No would you please leave you have people behind you waiting for there orders.When I replied and my asked her if her manager was aware of her attitude and hatefulness she said yes now leave me This lady does not need to be work in ng with the Public if she d ok want enjoy her job.So please help her find a position she can be happy in.maybe one that does not involve the public. I have never experienced a person at that McDonald's as nasty and rude as that lady that does not speak English well. I will conclude that I have lived in that neighborhood since 1978.i have been visiting that location since then my home is less than 1/2 mile away.and have experienced the attitude from this person before.but never as ugly as last night.Thank you
Came here for breakfast ordered 2 sausage, egg McGriddles with round egg. I got to work opened my sandwich and the egg was not cooked.
Went here on a Saturday night and order food in the the drive thru. Waited in the long line to get food got back on the road and once I was able to stop and eat my chicken it had a very bad burnt taste to it. So I called the next day to inform them. The manager said bring the food back for replacement. When I informed her that the food was from the night before she told me she could not help me. Also I live 40 mile from the restaurant. Service here is horrible and the food is nasty.
Service was great and fast; love being able to order and pay through the app. However, I think they forgot to put the special sauce on my Big Mac; it was very dry and lettuce was falling out when I was eating.
The food is truely delish... I think $3 for 1 fried green tomato... should be 6 to an order.. but again flavors and service were spot on, just give us enough to really enjoy it.
Everything is always great, fresh and hot. It really sucks it’s never any strawberry milkshakes ? it’s been this way well over 2/3 months
I stand in the line for 5 min, there was 3 people in front of me that were waiting as well but nobody was taking orders. There was at least 12 people working. 2 managers engaged on a personal conversation ignoring completely the front counter. I asked if anyone was taking orders at front but I was ignored. So I left and I went somewhere else to spend my money.
Good food but bad service lady in drive thrue window has a horrible attitude with every one that passes its like she doesn't even want to be there
So far, my experience with all fast food on Indian Trail has been on point! Great job Mcdonalds !
Food was fine, but guy passing my food out did not say a single word, didnt smile, just threw the bag at me and didnt say a word. Ruined the entire visit when everything else was good. Visit was at 12/11 around 2:30 am.
