Why does it seem even if you order ahead on the mobile app to just get there and have your order ready it is never ready you always get parked but everyone else gets there orders have some more professionalism on this for mobile orders we have to head to work in the morning as well as others and get to places it’s not fair to have to wait for a mobile order and everyone else gets there orders quickly
While out of town, we visited here bc it was close to the hotel. When I tell you this was a painful experience, I mean it. The absolute nightmare it was BOTH mornings trying to get breakfast here. The lady taking the order can’t read/call the order back correctly to save her life! Everything that was ordered (for 3 people) had to be called back and forth many times. It took all I had in me not to ask her if she was for real. The young guy at the window needs to remember people need straws with drinks and to look at his screen to see what drinks the people ordered. Both the lady and the boy were there both days and both days absolutely sucked there. The food was not the best. Biscuits dry.. but coffee was good.I’m so glad this is not the McDonalds near my home. I hope to never come back.
Long wait... Incorrect order. Food thrown together. That's why staff meeting updated training and reminders about quality is so important. This falls back on management to make sure your location is funning smoothly to keep the customers satisfied with at least the basics! The fries were extremely salty and the burger was thrown together.
The food and new staff are great. I highly recommend Shishito peppers and the Okurrrr!
15 minutes to get food. Apparently newer employee left to figure it out, wasn't taking orders, then couldn't process order correctly. Got to window and apparently they cancelled my order. Huge disappointment. Otherwise, typical McDonald's food. Had bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches and a sprite.
We ordered pancakes and sausage, sausage burritos and the burritos were hard and old so we ordered cheeseburgers they were half cooked
You can't go in even though all the other McDonald's in the area allow you to go inside to dine in. The manager was a rude pos when she brought my food out. I'll never go back to this location again
Needed something to chew on and these guys had burgers and fries. I made it through the drive-through without any issues. No complaints from me. I'd eat here again.
ordered my food, waited 15 minutes to get it and my fries were cold. asked for fresh fries and watched the workers talking and laughing. they handed me a bag with fries and they were the same fries they had given me. so I complained again and finally got fresh fries. I would not recommend this location to anyone until management gets it under control.
This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. The drivethru takes about 30 minutes to finally get your food. Yet half of the staff is outside smoking and laughing. When you have questions they have the worse attitude when and if they answer. This location needs more than a remodeling, it needs to clean house.
