They clearly have more than one person working but it looks like the exact opposite. If you go on a Sunday night expect to wait in the drive through for up to an hour. Your food will be fresh probably but only one out of the 5 staff is doing everything

SLOW... Terrible food... Barely qualifies as a McDonalds...they found a way to mess up the food.....the other reviews are accurate...it takes forever to get your food. Also, my order was wrong. Went into the building to get my missing fries, and roughly 5 employees looked at me, made eye contact, but refused to ask me what I needed. It took almost 10mins of standing before someone asked if I needed something . There was no line.....I guess they can't be bothered. If it wasn't for the location of this restaurant, there is no way it would be profitable.....the staff and manager needs retrained..... Corporate needs to reel this one in as it makes all look bad.

I will not return to this location. I've been here several times and I'm always disappointed with the speed, accuracy, and quality of the food served. You're better off driving a couple miles north to the Roswell location on Holcomb Bridge Rd.

Don’t waste your time here. I don’t usually write reviews but this location is just terrible that I have to. It’s currently 10:55 PM. I’ve been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes now during which 5 cars have left. There are 4 cars in front of me and we haven’t moved for 10 minutes. This has happened once before during lunchtime and decided it was probably a one time thing. Obviously not. I don’t understand why this issue hasn’t been resolved in the 5 months that I’ve moved to this area. If you can’t get your workers to do the work maybe you shouldn’t be open 24hrs. Don’t waste your time here.

Is this location serious? How are they open?! I go to McDonald's all the time and NEVER complain, but this mcdonalds I went to last night was ridiculous. I had 2 separate orders and she brought them both 10 min apart which caused the 1st order to be cold. Both orders were the same so I don't understand why everything wasn't made at the same time and just bagged separate. Not to mention she charged me for something I didn't ask for on one of the orders, she had an attitude, as well as forgetting items. I was there for 30-40 minutes for cheeseburgers! 3 cars got out of line behind me and one of the cars had already paid! Then she refused to come back to the window after I sat for another 10 min to tell her there were things missing. I went back around the line to the speaker to try to get her attention... NOTHING. I went back around to the window (there were no cars at McDonald's at this point except me). I tried blowing the horn... nothing. She refused to come to the window becauss she had on a headset & I COULD SEE HER which made it worse & once I seen she was doing it on purpose I went on & left!!!! After waiting on the 2nd order for so long... IT CAME OUT COLD! Other reviews are right... they're horrible. This is unacceptable! Don't choose a customer service job with those hours if you're going to have an attitude with everyone just because you don't want to be at work.

They really make you feel like you're a bother ordering. I payed for my food and notice I was missing a fry so I came inside to ask them for it. I get home and notice I'm missing a 10 piece order of nuggets. I am fine with cus my kids can share the burger instead. I check the burger and this is how it came. I gave up on them a long time ago but this time I'm legit never coming back. YUCK.

idk if they’re short staffed or what but the food is almost never fast lol you have to wait for some time in a reserved spot and sometimes they forget a majority of your order. wouldn’t recommend any of the iced coffees; they use an ungodly amount of creamer.

I ordered the two cheeseburgers meal and and 10 piece chicken nuggets meal. I understand that it's is Christmas Eve. They was only taking one car at a time and still didn't get the order right. I am missing my 10 piece chicken nuggets and my "sweet tea" isn't sweet. They won't answer the phone plus they didn't want to correct their mistake when they know that they messed up. Just need to pay attention to details and quit playing so much.

Every time I come to this location, my fries are cold. It doesn't matter what time of day. The employees are always rude and I always leave without something from my order.. On 12/18/21 @3am, I drove to the drive thru and was told that they were closed for an hour.Im sorry I thought it was open 24hrs! This is the 4th time this has happened in 3 months. This location needs to tighten up or close. In all honesty, I would give 0 stars.

They've been under new management since this summer and every time I come here they have great customer service. The staff is friendly and my order is always right.Today Cece accommodated a special breakfast order for me. She was super friendly and I'm glad I came. Give this lady a raise. ?
