The food is just like any McDonald's food. Is not Gourmet. I went through the drive-thru and the guy who took the order had no patience and showed no courtesy. He had no time for me to make my selection. Had he not been in such a hurry Ii probably would have ordered more, and he will let you know he is in a hurry. He was very good taking orders but not patient. Hurried the hell out of me in such easy that ok ordered whatever, not even sure that was what I wanted. The ironic party is that street taking my order I had to wait for 5 minutes.

Just left this location and hiring young managers with no work ethics will not keep this establishment running with positive energy. The young manager taking orders was rude and hostile with my mother so I matched her energy. Then she almost snatched the debit card out my mother's hand. Who trained these type of people poor or no customer skills at all. Please get this location together with better management. Also the telephone number for thos location to speak to someone doesn't work at all.

Poor service tonight. I waited in drive thru line for 20 plus mins. The associate who handed me the food bag verbally told me the correct order. When I got home I opened the bag to discover completely wrong order. Honest mistake but very frustrating.

Gave the cashier $10.01 for a 8.36 order. Received .65 change. Asked for the correct change another employee got involved. Between the two still couldn't do the math. Asked for a manager. Lady comes out dirty w/o name tag. Her demeanor showed she didn't care.

All was Very fresh, tasted great, employees were professional, the service was quick, and the location was clean! Thank you for the positive experience!

We went to a drive through with dad to get a sandwich in the morning. The employees are really slow, rude, and have bad thinking. it lookes like they aren't trained well.

30 minutes later, I get the wrong order with a half melted frappe because they made it first. Oh, and the picture is supposed to be a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese, no bun ... Notice anything weird or missing? The first time I got a bun, though, so whatever.

I love McDonald's but their customer service and mobile ordering needs help and training.

The older gentlemen who I assume is the MOD that always works the drive through at night is a ROCKSTAR! Hes always so pleasant regardless of how busy it gets. The food always taste better then the one down the street at 85 on Jimmy Carter.

Although I didn't have to wait long....the cashier lied and claimed to be a 30 minute wait to get cars to drive off as some did. If people don't wanna work they should just quit and go home. Food was fresh tho
