By far the best Jamaican spot I have been to in Atlanta. Friendly staff and they go above and beyond! Y’all need to check this place out

My experience today picking up from this restaurant was terrible. The cashier had a terrible attitude . She spoke to me like I was a child when I went to pick up the food that was order she yelled at me watch how you hold that plate ! Make sure nothing spills out okay? You hear me …. Save your hard earned money and eat at another Jamaican restaurant with some class . I’m sure the few reviews on here are fake it’s probably their friends & family members hyping the place up . PLEASE EAT SOMEWHERE WITH CLASS THIS PLACE ISN'T IT . Small old dusty restaurant with fake flowers on the tables and staff member with a nasty attitude to match that’s not someone I would want serving me or my community food .
Big fan of their spicy beef and curry chicken patties. Can make a meal from just 2 patties for under $5. Had their jerk chicken lunch special and it was delicious @ only $8.99. Had plenty for lunch and dinner. Very sweet lady always greets me with smile (behind her Covid mask); I eat lunch there or to-go weekly. Authentic Jamaican at a fair price…
Dayum best curry chicken I ever had. Definitely spicey like I like it. The jerk chicken is more like spicey BBQ sauce chicken which is a different approach then what I'm used to. Great customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Next up stew chicken. But that damn curry was made by Jesus himself.

Food was disgusting had jerk chicken and my dude had oxtails. Jerk chicken tasted like bbq chicken with some very hot BBQ sauce peas rice and Mac and cheese was bland. Oxtails was hard and seemed under cook.

Sheeeesh. Rice super dry, cabbage was bland, and the lemon cake is nothing but a slice of cornbread drizzled with lemon icing.
I don't like leaving reviews but my oxtails was so tough I had to throw them away
