If At All Possible I would definitely give this store no stars due to the fact that I am a DoorDash driver I came to the restaurant to pick up a order at 9:50 PM as I walk into the store I was being stared at by the woman behind the counter she started talking in Spanish there were five people people ahead of me who were also of the Spanish race she then proceeds to speak in her language as everyone in the restaurant is looking at me I didn’t ask what is going on they proceeded to tell me that the person in front of me who is ethnicity is also Spanish was the last person they were going to serve I let them know I was not there to buy anything I was there to pick up a DoorDash order I proceeded to show them the order on my phone they said they do not do DoorDash although I am showing the proof on my phone they continue to deny me service in order for me to deliver this customer‘s order from DoorDash I am filing a report to DoorDash about this restaurant I feel like I was racially profiled against for no reason this is not OK will never be OK extremely unacceptable and they just closed at 10 o’clock mind you I was there at 9:50
I came in at 10:30 yesterday. Their hours are until 11pm according to google…they said they won’t take my order for fried plantains or crepes since they stop taking orders for hot foods at 10:30 but by the time I got to the register the time may have been 10:32. I told the lady at the register it’s literally two mins passed - time which I was waiting to place my order maybe!Wouldn’t take my order because they aren’t “Busy Enough”
The workers here were very rude and unprofessional. They were so disrespectful for no reason at all. Don’t waste time or money at this store.
It's good. They sell really delicious icecream and churros. The agua de jamaica is tasty.The fresas con crema are delicious too. Next time I will try their crepes(to which you can add scoops of icecream to)and dorilocos.
This place was extremely terrible in customer service. We asked for 4 funnel cakes and got an attitude. The funnel cakes were extremely burnt and when we asked if we could get one that was not burnt they we trying to force us to try it burnt in which we said no and the lady then proceeded to say if you try it and don’t like it then I will do it again. When we said no she then had another women do it. Attitude. Terrible customer service. And the food was not even good. Never coming here again.
Horrible customer service we asked the lady for four funnel cakes and got an attitude. Two of the four funnel cakes were burnt. Probably because they put them in the oil and walk away to the back. When we told the lady they were way to burnt (basically black) she was practically shoving the funnel cake in our faces insisting to try them and if we didn’t like them she would make new ones. - also I wanted to add that the staff had horrible hygiene she grab on her hair and phone and would grab our food after not washing her hands. Non of the staff were wearing hair nets even though they’re working around food
My family and I ordered funnel cakes and the were burnt we asked for them to replace it and they refused to she kept telling us to try it when it was clearly burnt. While she was making them she kept walking away to talking to her coworkers and on her phone. The service here is horrible. They don’t use gloves or masks. She kept playing with her hair while she was making the funnel cakes and serving other customers. Disgusting
Really good ice cream shop. Friendly staff. Mom and pop's family friendly. Went today and got good service
First of all, the ice cream is excellent! There were many flavors I've never seen in a typical ice cream shop. The ladies working there are very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be adding a menu type sheet explaining the different flavors for us new comers. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more.
My favorite place to get ice cream and the mixed fruit!!! Love the ladies that work there
