I went through the drive thru placed an order after paying I waited 19 minutes the cashier came back to the window and said you're still here what do you need? I replied waiting on my order she said I thought I gave it to you. Do you have a receipt I said yes. She said hold on ,then came back and said we have a slow cook it's coming. Waited 5 more minutes thinking at least it will be hot and fresh. Boy was I wrong I was wondering what took so long to get room temperature food
5/27/22 10:30pm. Went through drive through and the lady said “hold on give me a moment”when she comes back to the mic she said “ I’m not taking orders at the moment due to short staff” I was so confused because why didn’t you just say that in the beginning seems like one of the workers just didn’t wanna cook. And I go to this Krystal’s all the time and never got turned away. Maybe turn off the lights and clock out if you can’t take orders what’s the point of you being there ??????
Service is usually ok, but it seems like there is no manager/supervisor checking the accuracy of every order prior to it being delivered to the customer. If you ask for no onions, you get onions. If you ask for cheese, you get no cheese. Employees are ok, but managers need to step up and make sure that every single order is correct before going to the customer.
Was very fast for a big order. As always, they were very kind & polite. Which u don't see alot of in this generation. It is so much appreciated. Keep up the good work guys. And a solute to u too Ms. Kim the mngr. Keep up the good work & the great customer service !!! ???
Over priced for very little food. Slow service. received food luke warm and I was the only customer in the drive thru
U better check ur order idk if they do it on purpose but all ur food is not in thr bag!
I usually come here because it’s close to work. But not anymore. Crack addicts can just walk up to the drive thru window and order/talk while skipping people in line. Already was a poorly run establishment but now I will never be coming back. I’d advise you to avoid this sketchy place as well.
Last night, I went through drive through. It was about 1:30 am or so. I ordered 2 of the country fried steak crystals and the sausage and gravy balls. I tried ordering the meal country fried meal for 5.39 and the man behind counter, didn't even know the menu and proceeded to rush me, order my food and on top of that was rude to me and he called me crazy. His eyes were blood shot red and i told him to go look at the menu. Yes i was livid! He was really rude.
Omg just had the best French fries. Don't know if Krystal changed the way they do them, if it was this location or I just got lucky. Best FF ever.
Don't order from here.. Ordered a 12 piece Spicy wing got 10 & not full pieces mostly breaded fat. Complete waste of money.
