I stopped here because I needed to grab something quick. Customer service sucked. It was not busy at all. Yet, the young lady in drive through was lethargic, unfocused, couldn't remember my order, didn't give me napkins, straws, or eating utensils. The store was out of almost everything I asked for and the chicken was visibly old and dry, yet they served it and took my $10. I will NOT BE BACK.
Literally I’ve ordered here for years and the past two years has been insanely bad. I work at the Just Smoke in Lilburn and I typically order from them every other Sunday but the past 6 months have been by far the worst I’ve seen. Every order is wrong, missing ENTIRE meals or just not cooked well.I order through Uber Eats and I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again. The people don’t care and constantly mess up orders and don’t care if you get your stuff or not.
Ordered Uber eats at 830. The delivery driver made it to the store. And our order was cancelled. Was told they didn't want to cook the food because they closed soon. At 10pm they closed. So they didn't want to cook the food when they closed in an hour and a half. This is not the first issue I have had with this location. With a time when businesses are struggling, service like this is why.
Worst experience ever came to order and tried to use the restroom and you can hear employee yell no or get out so rude and one employee was on there phone and manager on duty just leaning over the counter taking there time unprofessional never ? coming back here will be reporting to osha regulations for this location
Sunday 2/20/22 afternoon, around 2pm; 1st time ever stopping by here. Used the drive through. Very bad customer service attitude by the girl that attended to us (she was wearing glasses and had acne). She was very cold and with a very bad attitude. Instead of apologizing when I pointed out she got my order wrong, 2 cups of sprite were missing, instead she said “I didn’t charge you for that”. Gave me attitude when I asked for napkins and straws. Pointed out to her that her attitude was bad for someone in customer service and I wouldn’t be coming there again. she said ok and closed the window!Please train your staff or hire people that are ready to be in customer service; cheerful, nice and smiling. Wouldn’t be stopping here for anything ever again.PS: I didn’t get a receipt for my order. Only realized after I drove off!
Nice staff, they are young though. And all I needed was a cup of ice for a drink I had inside my car already, and they gave me a cup and let me get some ice no charge. Thank you Lilburn Kentucky fried.
kicked me out, said it was only open on drive thru, went to drive thru ordered and saw ppl ordering inside so i ask why I couldn’t ? And said they were already in there. She gave me my food said have a good night and she forgot to charge me ??♀️
I come to this location being that it is closer to me. Haven't been in a long time because I am now vegan. Decided to stop by today and try the Beyond Chicken. After 2 years of not coming here, one thing I can say is that they are still too slow with taking and completing orders. They used to have a bad case of the we are out of this or that too. I did enjoy my meal and the beyond chicken is tasty.
Food prepared without using gloves. Rude comments from the cashier. Some menu items not available. Just an overall disappointing visit.
I drove through. It was simple, easy and fast. Typical experience for fast food. Can't really complain.
