I have to say, I’ve never been the one to think of Jimmy John’s when deciding on a place to eat, but I am SO glad we went there tonight.. we were scared we wouldn’t get there in time because most businesses unfortunately close 10-15 earlier than the closing time. I seen they were cleaning up inside, to my surprise when I grabbed the door, IT OPENED??? My man doesn’t go to Jimmy John’s much, and the girl (she complimented my tattoos and was super helpful and sweet) Assisted in helping him decide on something he wanted. The boy (long-ish curly hair) began working on our order immediately.. I ordered a Tuna, and he ordered a Turkey. I’m absolutely BLOWN at how NEAT he made these sandwiches. As I ate, NOTHING fell out of my sandwich, and it tasted SUPER FRESH. I just wanted to commend the 2 that were there who had a MORE THAN EXPECTED & SUPERB attitudes. We need more employers to employ more people like this... thank y’allso much for just being DECENT HUMAN BEINGS!❤️
Sandwiches were alright. My first time in JJ, not a great experience since it's not my kind of sandwiches. No chicken option, no toasted which, no hot sauce. Won't repeat.
Customer service was horrible. This was my first time in jimmy John's and no one could tell me what was good or even help me along. If it wasn't for the customer behind me helping I would have walked out. Managers help your workers know how to be customer service friendly.
My favorite JJ store is on Beaver Ruin Road in Norcross, GA! Fast food service and friendly staff. I love the #8 and a chocolate chip cookie ? ?

Staff is nice and inside was clean. Quality is consistent with other locations. No Changing table in women's bathroom. Would come back.
So i see that Jimmy Johns removes reviews.. I did a review a couple of weeks ago about my bad experience and it’s gone. Bad experience with my food and Mary who was a manager was extremely rude. This location is not a good location to visit. I wish I could remember in detail of what I wrote in my review but since I wrote nearly a novel I’m not gonna do it again. Worst Jimmy johns location in Gwinnett county
Normally I dont have an issue with this store but today was not good.. I ordered the gigantic gargantuan sandwich and only got half of it.. The guy that took the order was rude when I called back about my order... Im done with this location for good.
Always nice customer service and fast subs
The energy at this location is low. Maybe due to staffing issues, but there was only one team member there that seemed to care about the quality of customer service as well as the quality of the food.
